October 30, 2016 TREE OF LIFE The Tree of Life located in the side vestibule of the Church, was dedicated on June 12, 2010, as a lasting memorial for our Parish. We will continue on with explanation of the Rosary. What is the Rosary? The Rosary is a traditional devotion in honor of the Mother of God, Mary What does the word rosary mean? Means a garland or wreath of roses. So each prayer said n the Rosary is a spiritual rose being offered to Mary 1. We should be on the first large bead after the Cross, say the Our Father 2. On the next three small beads, say the Hail Mary 3. After the third Hail Mary say the Glory Be Church of Saint Patrick has a commitment to providing our children and youth with safe environments characterized by healthy relationships. ALL volunteers at Church of Saint Patrick must register with Shield the Vulnerable. The Archdiocese has implemented an on-line training and screening system for those that volunteer in our parish community. ALL volunteers must be registered in the on-line compliance system in order for our parish to be in compliance w Archdiocesan youth protection requirements for volunteers who work with minors, employees, and clergy. If you are a volunteer at Church of Saint Patrick please contact Annemarie Dirndorfer or Marge Fair in the parish office and they will assist you.
