Sunday 12 November 2017 Upper Room, 8.30am Reflective Verse (Acts 14:3) So they remained for a long time, speaking boldly for the Lord, who bore witness to the word of his grace, granting signs and wonders to be done by their hands. Reflective Question Think of one wonder that God has shown / is showing you in an area of your life. Why do you think God is showing this particular wonder to you? Prayer Lord our God, your wonder is not only found in the spectacular and miraculous, but even among the easily missed things or people in our daily lives. Help us to be more aware of your grace in wonder, so that we can tell to others of your love for all. Amen. (United Methodist Book of Worship 1992, pg 446) PRAYER SILENT & INTERCESSORY PRAYER But the LORD is in his holy temple; let all the earth be silent before him. (Habakkuk 2:20) TIME FOR WATCHING THE LORD I will stand at my watch; I will look to see what he will say to me. (Habakkuk 2:1) What then shall we say, brothers? When you come together, everyone has a hymn, or a word of instruction, a revelation, a tongue or an interpretation. All of these must be done for the strengthening of the church.
