Being the same property conveyed to Raymond Etienn, Jr. and Terrance Shawn Etienne from Succession of Janice Etienne by deed dated 12/30/2002 and recorded 01/03/2003 in book 613, page 588, Saint Charles Parish records, State of Louisiana. The said Raymond Etienne, Jr., married but one and then to Roxanne Smith having conveyed his interest to the said Terrance Shawn Etienne by deed dated 02/26/2001.
