The Worship Leader's Roles: Personal Use this sheet to personally reflect on your current roles as a worship leader. What are your strengths, what are you weaknesses, in your view. Then, take a blank sheet, and ask the question - "How do I think others percieve my fulflillment of these roles?" Teaching Role: How am I doing at communicating what worship is all about outside of the musical context? Storytelling Role: How am I doing at retelling the story of the Kingdom of God in music, readings, etc. (gathered worship)? Evangelism Role: How am I doing at creating environments that lead people to a place of both challenge and commitment?
