NEWS FROM THE BOARD OF ELDERS: The Board of Elders would like to invite the Salem Congregation to support a water mission. We want to raise awareness of the critical need for clean, safe drinking water in underdeveloped parts of the world. We have selected a water mission sponsored by Global Ministries, of which the United Church of Christ is a member denomination. Global Ministries works with international partners to provide clean, safe drinking water with systems that utilize local talents and equipment so the water solutions can be sustainably maintained.
