Please have the registration form turned in BY MAY 29Th, and payment before the trip. If anyone has any medical conditions or allergies (eggs, nuts etc) please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan meals accordingly. Saturday the 11 th will be spent at Kings Island Amusement Park. We will provide students with a drink wristband for refills throughout the day as well as 1 buffet meal in the early afternoon. We will be doing walking/playing/setup. Flip-Flops/ Sandals Good to have for showers
Sleeping Arrangements We will be staying at Harrison Avenue Baptist Church. The ladies will be upstairs in the various classrooms and the guys will be downstairs in the large common area. Sleeping arrangements will be a little tighter than in the past due to the small size of the church. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. Sleeping mat or cot is a good idea. Many of you have inflatable mattresses and those are fine too. What to Bring Sleeping bag or Cot or Inflatable mattress. If you bring an inflatable mattress, realize that there will be more than just you in the room. If you have a queen/king size you will need to share with someone. If it is a twin or single...well then you re on your own. Realize that inflatable s often will deflate...bring a patch kit/pump/extra batteries. Not every pump is compatible with your mattress. Pillow _ You d be surprised how many people forget this! Bathroom/Showers There are two bathrooms upstairs and two downstairs. Showers are available in a shower trailer being provided by the Disaster Relief (not the same people we have had before) As always, bring the right spirit. Things may not go the way you want them to, the free time may not be what you expect, the meals may be worse than you get at home but we go because it s what we are supposed to do.
