Vol. 12, No 2 Spring 2017 TBD Next membership meeting TBD Next Executive Council Meeting Doug Graves advised that three youth Associates have obtained the age of 18 years and wish to be voted in as Full Primary members. Those youths are: Croft Kirby, Taylor Kirby and Reade Kirby. Vote taken and all were approved for full primary membership. The sun was out but it was cold! It was a good day to honor a President. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Society yearly dues will be increased from $21.00 to $25.00 effective with the 2018 dues and the due date for the dues is now November 1st rather than December 1st. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Society application fee is increased from the present $40.00 to $60.00 Application fee includes the Society name tag and Order s rosette both of which are to be paid by VA OFPA Treasurer. One Hundred and fifteen (115) patriots signed the letter of protest against the Stamp Act.

On Saturday, March 18th, VA OFPA meet at Jamestowne for our spring meeting. After the meeting, a ferry ride (Jamestown-Scotland Ferry) was taken across the James River where all then drove to Smith s Fort. At Smith s Fort a tour was given of the Warren House. The colors of the Order shall consist of the National Colors or Flag as prescribed by an Act of Congress, and the colors of the flag of the Order.
