District Superintendent s Report Colorado District Conference in Session Denver, Colorado May 2, 2014 Dear Ministers of Jesus Christ, We come again to this conference to do the Lord s business with due diligence and with prayer for His wisdom and guidance. Last year s District Conference was a time of anointed worship and revival and our hope and prayers are that this conference will be the lead in to a great Pentecostal outpouring in the Colorado District. The Campmeeting of 2013 in Castle Rock was a dynamic impetus for our District with the anointed preaching and teaching of Bro. Jerry Dean and Bro. James Hughes. I love Campmeetings that build our faith and reinforce our Apostolic lifestyle and doctrine. This year s Campmeeting promises to bring more of the same with the ministries of Bro. Raymond Woodward and Bro. Ted Wagner. We look forward to their wonderful ministries and the impact they will have on the Colorado District if Jesus tarries His coming until then. I want to personally thank each department leader for a job well done and the careful thought each has given to stay within their budgets even though it did not show any cut back on God s anointing and blessing to their department. This past year we were able to launch Purpose Institute and Launch Your Ministry. Colorado District s start up of Purpose Institute was the largest registration that Purpose Institute has ever had. We were able recently to open Purpose Institute for our Spanish speaking people and look forward to the impact it all will have throughout our District for years to come. I join together with all of God s ministers to pray and support our District for God s cause and that each minister s family and ministry will be anointed with His Holy Spirit. The signs in the heavens, in the earth, in the Holy Spirit manifestations all signal to us that we are nearing the time of the Rapture of God s Church.

May God s rich blessings rest upon you all is my prayer everyday and may we all unite to fulfill God s Great Commission. Your Servant and Christ s, B. E. Hale District Superintendent Colorado District

District Secretary-Treasurer s Report Precious Ministers of the United Pentecostal Church, May 2, 2014 Again this year, I count it a great privilege to serve each of you and our wonderful District as your District Secretary-Treasurer. I wish to thank each of you for your prayers, labours, and financial support through giving and Ministerial Dues or Tithe. We have, in our District; 46 churches, and 88 licensed ministers. Our combined efforts are making a difference for the United Pentecostal Church in our state and for the Kingdom of God. In our District, every church, every minister, every leader, every saint, every person matter! This year the General Fund had a positive Net Operating Income even before the Departmental Assessment Fees. I believe that we can pray a mighty revival of soul stirring conviction, of repenting, of Holy Ghost outpouring, and a harvest of and discipling of souls (a torrential downpour of God s Rain) down from Heaven into Colorado. Now is the time for a prayer-meeting birthed outpouring in Colorado. I challenge each minister and each church to pray for one another as we intercede for growth. Let us labour together in Unity for the Master!! In His Service and Yours, Pastor Kevin M. Shaw District Secretary-Treasurer

Global Missions Report Dear Brethren, May 2, 2014 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me Acts 1:8 The words of Acts 1:8 are a commandment as well as a promise. God promises to provide Holy Ghost power, but we are commanded to provide the human vehicle for the Spirit to demonstrate through. Global Missions is involved in responding to this challenge on a global basis by placing a Jesus name, Holy Ghost witness in every corner of the globe. While you respond to the challenge in your local community, your dedicated and anointed partner missionaries also answer the call on distant shores. This partnership is as apostolic as the Book of Acts. Paul, Barnabas and others partnered with local churches as they reached out into unevangelized regions. Thank you for your support of Global Missions in the past year. Thank you for your faithful PIM support, for hosting missions services, and for taking the call when your Global Missions Director phones. Your faithfulness and kindness does not go unnoticed. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Brother Garner for his many years of excellent service as Colorado s Global Missions Director. He has set an extremely high standard that I have attempted to follow. I appreciate your patience in the past year as I have attempted to fill some very large shoes! I hope that each pastor would prayerfully consider hosting one or two services in the next year. If you could host a midweek service, that would be a tremendous blessing and make filling our missionary s schedule possible. Thank you again for all you do for Global Missions. Nevin K. Bass Colorado District Global Missions Director

North American Missions Report May 2 nd, 2014 Colorado District Pastors and Ministers, We are moved today to pray for laborers to enter the harvest fields. While there is great revival happening around the globe, the continent of North America is experiencing a continual decline in church attendance. There are 195 million non-churched people in America, making America one of the top four largest unchurched nations in the world. In spite of the rise of mega-churches, no county in America has a greater church population than it did ten years ago. Each year 3,500 to 4,000 churches close their doors forever; yet only as many as 1,500 new churches are started. Today, of the approximately 350,000 churches in America, four out of five are either plateaued or declining. One American denomination recently found that 80% of its converts came to know The Lord in churches less than two years old. Hence the claim of many leaders: The single most effective evangelistic methodology under heaven is planting new churches The need for North American Missions to plant new churches is greater than it's ever been. Planting new churches is the single most effective tool of evangelism we have. Thank you Colorado District for your continued support and for giving more than $13,000 to Christmas for Christ in 2013. Please continue to prayerfully support our current North American missionaries as they diligently give of themselves for the cause of Christ and pray The Lord of the harvest that He would send forth laborers into the vast harvest fields of the Colorado District and North America. In His service, Derwood Tate Colorado District Director North American Missions

Youth Ministry Report TONY BOHRER YOUTH PRESIDENT 774 PARK CT, CRAIG, CO 81625 970-629-5081// pastor@lighthouseofcraig.com Greetings in the Precious Name of the Lord! April 27, 2014 I first would like to thank all of you for your support you have shown the youth department in the last year. I also would like to thank the Youth Board for all their hard work they do for our young people. If you have worked with this generation you know how challenging it can be. They are fighting a battle that most of us didn t have to fight when we were in middle school and high school. Colorado District Youth Board is rising to the call to reach every young person in our State. 2013 was a great year for the Youth Department. Even when finances were down across the board we had one of our biggest SFC years in the past 10 ten years. I want to thank you and your church for giving sacrificially to SFC. We started 2012 with our second annual Hyphen Event This event is open to ages 18 to 30 married or not. We had around 100 in attendance and Darrin Sargent preached to this group of young adults and challenged them to get behind their pastors and become a part of the church and its vision. Youth Fun Night at Family Camp. We had around 175 young people gathered together on Friday night of Family camp. We gathered together at the Family Fun Center. A few weeks after Family Camp we had our annual youth camp, where Rev. Jason Staten ministered to us. Youth Camp was a life changing experience for those who were in attendance. Rev. Pollard came and shared his story with the camp during one of the day sessions. God used Rev. Pollard in a mighty way to communicate to the campers. After youth camp we finished up our Sheaves for Christ campaign. Understanding that the economy has affected every family, pastor, and local church our SFC offering has been down the last few years.

Even with this down economy the youth board and I believe that SFC is still worth giving to. We are believing for a great year this year for our SFC offering. Our goal offering for 2014 is $38,000.00. We believe the Colorado District can meet this goal with 100% cooperation. One little side note the only way our missionaries buy vehicles is through SFC. It s a cause worth giving to. Finally, we closed 2013 with Youth Convention. It was our largest registered Youth Convention we have ever. Bro Matt Johnson preached and challenged everyone that was in attendance no matter their age. I want to personally thank every pastor and minister in this wonderful District for joining the vision that this youth department has. I would like to thank you in advance for your support of the youth department as we continue to reach for the young people of Colorado. Thank you for all of your support! Youth for the Kingdom, Tony Bohrer Youth President Colorado District of the UPCI

Sunday School Report Brethren of the Colorado District, The Sunday school department was blessed by your giving to SOC in 2013. We want to thank you for supporting Sunday school and your love for children. What a privilege and honor it is to work with you in one of the most rewarding ministries of the United Pentecostal Church. Our junior camp was blessed by Children s Evangelist, Ken and Amber James. Their awesome style of ministry connected with our children. They used puppets and drama to fully engage every child into prayer and worship. Your SOC dollars helps to support beginner and Junior bible quizzing and to offset the cost of junior camp and CPR rallies. Children s crusades in North America are sponsored by SOC. In 2013 there were 753 Filled with the Holy Ghost here in the USA. This is more than doubled from 2012. We are believing for 1200 in 2014 and some of them could come from Colorado. With your continued prayers and SOC offerings we will continue to make the Sunday school department a viable soul saving ministry in the Colorado District. Afton Bradley Colorado District Sunday School Director

Ladies Ministry Report Dear Brethren, April 23, 2014 Greetings in the Name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! I am grateful to the ministers of the Colorado District for allowing me the opportunity to serve as your Ladies Ministries Director. It is a tremendous honor to serve on such a wonderful ladies committee. Nancy Tate, our Secretary, is an invaluable asset to Ladies Ministries. Sandy McGuire who represents Section 1, Darlene Plummer who represents Section 2, Theresa Wasserburger who represents Section 3 and Sharon Turpin representing Section 4 are all incredible handmaidens of the Lord. I appreciate each of them and what they bring to the Ladies committee is deeply appreciated! I would like to thank all of our pastors and wives for their promotion and support of 2013 Mother s Memorial Offering. We are aware that to so many it is a sacrifice and it is our prayer that God blesses you abundantly for your giving!!! Our total offering for Mother s Memorial 2013 was $15,750.00, with 50% of that going to headquarters for various ministries such as Tupelo s Children Mansion, World Network of Prayer, The Lighthouse Ranch for Boys, and My Hope Radio just to name a few! The Ladies committee set a goal of $15,000.00 for the 2013 Mother s Memorial Offering and we exceeded our goal!! At the Ladies meetings at General Conference, Colorado took 2nd place in our division for Mother s Memorial offering increase. Our theme for 2014 is Fashioned for Purpose and our goal is $17,000.00. We would like to thank you in advance for your generous offering to Mother s Memorial! POWER was the theme for Ladies Conference 2013 held in Pueblo, Colorado. Sis. Bobbye Wendell was our evening speaker and Sis.Shara McKee was day speaker and guest singer. Sis. Cristina Meneses was the speaker for our Spanish conference. The

conference was well attended and there was tremendous anointing and unity that flowed from start to finish. This year s Ladies Conference theme is NOW....Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation 2 Cor 6:2. Our evening speaker this year is Sister Cvonne Davy. Sister Madonna Massey will be the day speaker and guest singer. The Spanish speaker will be Sister Minerva Guerrero. There is tremendous excitement and anticipation about this year s conference. Please note the change of venue as Ladies Conference 2014 will be held in Loveland, Colorado at the beautiful, five star, Embassy Suites and Spa. Our dates are July 31-August 2. We promise you that the ladies in your church won t want to miss it! Again, I am truly humbled and honored that you have given me the privilege to serve our great district of Colorado. I appreciate each and every one of you and pray you have tremendous revival in your cities. In His Royal Service, Jamie Albritton Ladies Ministries President

Men s Ministry Report To the Colorado District Conference in session, Christian Greetings in the wonderful name of Jesus. It s with great honor that I report to you on the 2013 Men s Conference. Our time together at the YMCA in Estes Park was both relaxing and revelatory as God swept through our meeting through the dynamic ministries of Rev. Art Hodges III, Rev. Eli Hernandez, & Rev. Scotty Slaydon, along with the inspirational music ministry of our very own Rev. Thomas Gibson. I would like to take a moment to thank the Board of Directors who worked so diligently and tirelessly to insure this gathering went smoothly and successfully. A meeting of this caliber could not be done without a great team effort. I would like to say thanks to Rev. Marney Turpin, Rev. Robert Kerley, Rev. Juan Acuna and Rev. Donny Napier. We look forward to seeing each of you next February for our annual Men s Conference. Sincerely Yours, Rev. T.L. Plummer Men s Ministry Director
