YOUNG PEOPLE We value you and your faith journey here at Unity! We invite you to share your faith story and testimony by giving your Profession of Faith! Talk to Pastor Steve or one of the shepherding elders to set up a time to visit about your faith story and select a Sunday that you would like to share your story!

Unity Office-bearers Next Sunday, it is our prayer and privilege to select new office-bearers through the casting of lots. Our thanks to Elders Larry Groen and Steve Blom, and Deacons Eric Grannes and Stephen Vogel for having served these last three years!
We are celebrating God s covenantal love to us through baptism over the next couple of weeks. Today we will be celebrating with Joel and Hillary Boonstra as they present Brooks for baptism. Next Sunday, we will be celebrating with Stephen and Katie Vogel as they present August for baptism. On Mother s Day, we will be celebrating with Ray and Becky Rasmussen-Myers as they present Paxton for baptism. We praise God for these opportunities to see His hand of love through the sign and seal of baptism!

Unity Family Cares & Concerns ~ Please continue to lift up Bob & Rosie Huizenga. Both are experiencing health challenges that have left them fatigued. Pray for God s strength to raise them up and renew them. ~ Jayme Starkenburg s mother,bonnie, was hospitalized with lung/breathing complications this week. She was transferred from Willmar to Minneapolis on Friday to receive further care. Pray for God s healing mercies and His peace for the family.

ADVANCED NOTICE! Global Leadership Summit 2017! The Global Leadership Summit is once again coming to Unity on August 10-11. We were incredibly blessed last year when we were able to use the GLS as a catalyst for action in our church and community, and we are anticipating an even better Summit season this year with follow-up studies and more focus on everyone having influence, not just those in leadership positions. You don t want to miss it! We will be offering an opportunity to sign up for the GLS at a discounted rate on Sunday May 7th for Unity Member!

The GLS Leadership Team would love to bless those of you who would like to volunteer for the GLS with a volunteer informational meeting/lunch on Sunday, May 7th following our worship celebration! We would like to invite you and your family to stick around, have lunch with us and we will give you more information on how you can volunteer for the GLS. Don t think there is anything you could do to help? Here is just a quick look into all the different volunteers we need to make the GLS work here at Unity. Combined Prayer Service Bunde CRC would like to invite everyone to a Combined Prayer Service Sunday evening May 7 th. The service will begin at 5:30pm at Bunde CRC. The offering will be for the Luke Society.
Vacation Bible School 2017 A Mighty Fortress VBS will be held at First CRC of Prinsburg June 5-9 from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. each evening. Registration will open on Monday, May 1 through Monday, May 29 for kids ages 4 yrs. (by Sept. 1) - 5th grade.
