Annual Snowflake Bazaar Saturday November 4th at Precious Blood Cathedral, 778 Queen Street East. 12:00-6:00pm. Crafts-Quilting Baking Have you taken the Alpha Sessions but weren t able to take in the Retreat? WE ARE HAVING A ONE DAY ALPHA RETREAT in the Holy Family Parish hall on Saturday, Nov. 18th. Our retreat was delayed because of the Evangelization Summit that took place at the same time. What words would you use to describe your current experience as a Christian? At times you feel frustrated, joyful, forgiven, exciting, up and down, empty feeling. Life at times feels like a roller coaster. Do you desire more? Jesus said: If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, streams of living water will flow from within him. Jesus promised that God s Holy Spirit would satisfy the thirst, or deepest longing, of all who believe in Him. We as Christians fail to understand the Holy Spirit or how to experience Him in their daily lives. Come and listen to the video talks at our Day Retreat on November 18th, to experience the way the Holy Spirit can fill your lives. This invitation goes to all who have taken the Alpha Sessions. You can register at our Parish Website: www.holyfamilyparishssm.ca, or by calling Deacon Larry at 705-253-7336. Please let us know before November 12th. Lunch, snacks and coffee breaks included. You can donate but are not obligated. Come and join us as we prepare for Advent. More information on the Parish Website.
