Why the Trinity Diagram is Unscriptural

Before we begin... Before we begin, we need to first answer the following question. Do names matter to the Almighty? If, from reading your Bible, you have come to see that names are very important to the Almighty, the first portion of this booklet will be a blessing to you. We should consider... If names are not that important why did the Almighty give special names to His people? More importantly, why did the Almighty give a special Name to Himself! And... what is that Name? YahshuaMinistries.com 2

If we could go back in time... If we could go back in time and ask the disciples, Would you take us to see Jesus? They would have gotten a puzzled look on their face and said, Who? You see, the disciples never knew the Messiah by that name. They would have said, Please come, we want you to meet Yahshua, the Messiah! The name Yahshua, is pronounced like Joshua with a Y. The emphasis remains with the Almighty s name Yah, in the first syllable. The History of the name Jesus For nearly fifteen hundred years after our Savior walked the earth, the world had never heard the name Jesus. The name Jesus first appeared in the King James Version revision of 1769, 243 years ago as an anglicized transcription of the Latin name Iesus (KJV of 1611) which is a translation of the Greek name Ieousus. By 1769, our Saviors original Hebrew name, had been *transliterated three times, in three different languages: *transliterate: to write or print (a letter or word) using the closest corresponding letters of a different alphabet or language. YahshuaMinistries.com 3

The first, from Hebrew to Greek. The second, from Greek to Latin. The third, from Latin to English. In 1384, John Wycliffe translated the New Testament to English for the first time. His only source was the Latin Vulgate. Wycliffe used the Latin spelling and pronunciation of Iesus. The printing press had not yet been invented and only a few handwritten copies of Wycliffe's Bible were produced. In the 1450's, Gutenburg invented the printing press. Then, in 1526 William Tyndale translated the New Testament into the English language from the Latin Vulgate, along with the additional help of some ancient Greek manuscripts. Tyndale wanted the Bible translated into the language of the common people and many copies of his translation were printed with the help of the printing press. Tyndale was the first to use the letter J in the spelling of the name Jesus. There was no letter J in any language, prior to the fourteenth century in England. The letter did not become widely used until the Seventeenth century. This new spelling soon became pronounced by the people as Jee-zuz. There was no letter J in the original 1611 version of the King James Bible because it did not exist. James was spelled Iames. Jesus was spelled Iesus. The letter J was first used in the 1769 version of the King James Bible.* * Perhaps the biggest difference between the 1611 and 1769 versions of the King James Bible is spelling. For instance, there was no letter "J" in 1611 so "Jesus" was spelled "Iesus." TheKJVstore.com YahshuaMinistries.com 4

Another error... Yahshua, changed to Yeshua There is another error that must be addressed when discussing our Saviors name. Some have mistranslated our Savior s name, changing it from Yahshua, to Yeshua. The error of changing Yah to Ye is due to the manmade tradition of the Jewish priests. Their reverence for the holy name caused them to believe that it was too sacred to pronounce. To prevent the pronunciation of the name Yahshua, the priests changed the vowel points from an a to an e in the Tetragrammaton YHWH, and omitted the letter H altogether, resulting in Ye. Thus, the name Yeshua removes the Almighty Father s name YAH and His role as Savior completely! Scripture tells us we have only one Savior the Father Himself. I, even I, am the LORD, (Yahweh) and apart from Me there is NO Savior. Isaiah 43:11 Scripture tells us the Father s name is YAH, not Ye. Look at the following scriptures declaring the Father s name is YAH: (YAH - Strong s H3050) YahshuaMinistries.com 5

Exodus 15:2; Exodus 17:16; Psalm 68:4,18; Psalm 77:11; Psalm 89:8; Palm 94:7, 12; Psalm 102:18; Psalm 104:35; Psalm 105:45; Psalm 106:1, 48; Psalm 111:1; Psalm 112:1; Psalm113:1; Psalm 113:9; Psalm 115:17, 18; Psalm 116:19; Psalm 117:2; Psalm 118:5, 14, 17, 18, 19; Psalm 122:4; Psalm 130:3; Psalm135:1, 3, 4, 21; Psalm 146:1, 10; Psalm 147:1, 20; Psalm 148:1, 14; Psalm 149: 1, 9; Psalm 150:1, 6; Isaiah 12: 2; Isaiah 26:4; Isaiah 38:11; and we clearly see the Almighty's name is YAH in Revelation 19:1-6, as the multitudes praise Him saying, Halleluyah! Which means, Praise YAH, you people. King David tells us plainly in Psalm 68:4 that the Almighty s name is YAH. David writes: Sing to God, sing praises to His name; Extol Him who rides on the clouds, By His name YAH, and rejoice before Him. Our Savior Himself tells us plainly His name is Yahshua, not Yeshua. keep them in Your name, the name which You have given Me John 17:11 NASU We know from scripture the Fathers name is YAH, not Ye. Because the Almighty s name is YAH, the name Yeshua is not only incorrect, it eliminates the Almighty s name altogether! Yahshua, is the correct name of the Almighty, our Savior. YahshuaMinistries.com 6

The Almighty s name is YAH in the Old Testament but does the Almighty, as Savior, still have the name YAH in the New Testament? YES! In the Old Testament, when you see YHWH (YAH-WEH) or LORD; it is proclaiming the Almighty s name YAH, which is followed by a descriptor. The descriptor is the word WEH, which means, The Self-Existent one (I AM). So, the name YAHWEH means, YAH - The Self-Existent one (I AM). The Almighty proclaims His name to us in the New Testament and notice He does not permit anyone to give Him a different name. (Matthew 1:21; Luke 2:21) and you shall call His name Yahshua YAH, waited to give us His highest name in the New Testament! Now, YAH combines His name with His highest descriptor! What is His highest descriptor? It is the word SHUA, which means is salvation. When you combine the Almighty s name YAH, with the word SHUA, it means, YAH is salvation! The Father the Almighty, proclaims His name as Savior! This is why the name Yahshua, is the name above all names! YahshuaMinistries.com 7

How do you say Netanyahu in English? How do you say, Chevrolet in Japanese? How do you say, Coca-Cola in Russian? How do you say, Yamaha or Mitsubishi in English? Have you noticed, proper names do not change sounds when moving from language to language. There may be some inflection here and there, but the name itself should be recognizable no matter what language you are speaking. Listen carefully when people speak in a foreign language. No matter what language they are speaking, even if you don t speak that language, you will be able to distinguish the proper names they say. It has nothing to do with what language you speak. We say the names of people from foreign lands all the time without feeling the need to first change them into our language. People all over the world say the following names: Vladimir Putin, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Mao Zedong, and Che Guevara, without changing them. Why is it the Hebrew names from scripture need to be changed? Examples: Yahshua... has been changed to Jesus Miryam... has been changed to Mary Yochanan... has been changed to John Yaakov... has been changed to James YahshuaMinistries.com 8

Could this have been Intentional? Scripture tell us, There is salvation in no one else! God has given no other name under heaven by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 Can you think of anyone, who from the beginning, has tried to alter, obfuscate and eliminate this name from both sight and sound? We must remember that when the priests and Sadducees commanded the Apostles not to speak in the name of our Savior, they were talking about our Savior s real name...yahshua! Scripture tells us YAH chose this name for Himself. He did not allow others to choose a name for Him. (Matthew 1:21; Luke 2:21) The name He chose was Yahshua, which means, YAH is salvation. When a person believes in the name Yahshua, he is believing in what that name means - that YAH, the Almighty Father is the Savior in human form. Who is Yahshua? He is YAH, our Savior! YahshuaMinistries.com 9

The Almighty s true name The Almighty s true name, Yahshua, has been transliterated, changed and seemingly forgotten over the centuries. As amazing as it sounds, the name Jesus has been in existence for only the last four hundred years. No one on earth, born before the 17th century, had ever spoken or heard the name Jesus. The reason simply being this name did not exist before that time. Yahshua has blessed us however, because of our love and faith in Him! He allowed us to grow spiritually through the names that people have known Him by over the years. Names such as Iesus, and Jesus have been a blessing to us who used them because we have not previously known His real name. What now are we to do with our new given knowledge? I m reminded of a time I mistakingly called someone I had met by a name not their own. This person very politely told me what their name actually was (I guess all of us desire to be called by our real name). Anyway, from that moment on I always called him by his true name. And the LORD shall be King over all the earth. In that day it shall be The LORD is one, And His name one. Zechariah 14:9 YahshuaMinistries.com 10

Why the Trinity Diagram is Unscriptural Trinitarians teach this Trinity Diagram YahshuaMinistries.com 11

This is the Scripturally True Diagram Yahshua means - Yah is salvation! YahshuaMinistries.com 12

The Father is the Holy Spirit A number of Old Testament passages mention the Spirit of the LORD. This is both reasonable and understandable, for the Almighty is a Spirit. (John 4:24) The phrase Spirit of the LORD merely emphasizes the Almighty s work among men and individuals. It does not suggest a plurality of persons any more than when we speak of a man s spirit. As our spirit is not a different, or separate person from ourself, neither is the Fathers spirit a different, or separate person from Himself. Indeed, the Almighty makes this plain when He speaks of My Spirit (Isaiah 59:21). Genesis 1:2 The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. Isaiah 59:21 As for Me, says the LORD, this is My covenant with them: My Spirit who is upon you, and My words which I have put in your mouth, shall not depart from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your descendants, nor from the mouth of your descendants descendants, says the LORD, from this time and forevermore. YahshuaMinistries.com 13

Psalm 143:10 Teach me to do Your will, For You are my God; Your Spirit is good. 1 John 4:12-13 No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God abides in us, and His love has been perfected in us. By this we know that we abide in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit. 1 Corinthians 2:9-10 But as it is written: Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him. But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. 1 Corinthians 3:16 Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? YahshuaMinistries.com 14

The Son (Yahshua the Messiah) is the Holy Spirit The Holy Spirit is called the Spirit of Jesus Christ (Yahshua the Messiah) (Philippians 1:19); and the Spirit of the Son (Galatians 4:6). Second Corinthians 3:17 says of the one Spirit, Now the Lord is that Spirit. The NIV puts it even plainer, for it says, Now the Lord is the Spirit, and the Lord who is the Spirit (verse 18). In short, the Spirit that is resident in Yahshua the Messiah is none other than the Holy Spirit. Another Comforter In John 14:16, Yahshua promised to send another Comforter. In verse 26 He identified the Comforter as the Holy Spirit. Does this imply the Holy Spirit is another person? No. It is clear from the context that the Holy Spirit is simply Yahshua in another form or manifestation. In other words, another Comforter means Yahshua in the Spirit as opposed to Yahshua in the flesh. In verse 16, Yahshua told the disciples about the other Comforter. Then in verse 17, Yahshua told them they knew the Comforter already, because He dwelt with them and would be in them. Who dwelt with the disciples at that time? Yahshua, of course. The Spirit of Yahshua dwelt with the disciples since the Spirit was robed in the flesh, but soon the Spirit would be in the disciples through the gift of the Holy Spirit. Yahshua made this even clearer when He said in verse 18, I will not leave you comfortless. I will come to you. YahshuaMinistries.com 15

Yahshua went to heaven in His glorified body so He could form a new relationship with His disciples, by sending back His own Spirit as the Comforter. He said to them, It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you, but if I depart, I will send him unto you (John 16:7). The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Christ (Romans 8:9; 2 Corinthians 3:17-18). When we have the Spirit in us, we have Christ in us (Ephesians 3:16-17). In short, Yahshua had dwelt with the disciples physically for about three years, but the time had come for Him to depart. However, He promised He would not leave them alone, comfortless, or as orphans. Instead, He promised to come back in a new way. He would not come back in a visible body to dwell with them and be limited by that body, but He would return in Spirit so that He could dwell in them; so the Comforter, the Holy Spirit, is the Spirit of Yahshua. This is Yahshua manifested in a new way; Yahshua can be with and in us. He can be in all His disciples all over the world at the same time and He can fulfill His promise to be with us until the end of the age (Matthew 28:20). 1 Peter 1:11 Note: searching what, or what manner of time, the Spirit of Christ who was in them was indicating when He testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ and the glories that would follow. Are we to believe there is a different, or another Holy Spirit apart from the Spirit of Christ? YahshuaMinistries.com 16

2 Corinthians 3:16 18 Nevertheless when one turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. Romans 8:9 But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His. Note: This scripture shows that Paul uses the terms the Spirit of God and the Spirit of Christ interchangeably knowing they are one and the same. YahshuaMinistries.com 17

The Son (Yahshua) is the Father (Please read: Yahshua is the Almighty Father of the Old Testament manifested in flesh!) Ephesians 4:6 tells us there is one God and Father of all. Since we know Yahshua is God, we know He is the Father. Here is additional biblical proof that Yahshua is the Father. 1. Isaiah prophesied that the Son who was to come would be called Mighty God and Everlasting Father. (Isaiah 9:6) Yahshua was the prophesied Son in His humanity, but He is our Mighty God and Father in His deity. 2. Colossians 2:9 proclaims, For in Christ lives all the fullness of God in a human body. The fulness of God includes the role of Father, so the Father must dwell in Yahshua. 3. In addition to these two verses, Yahshua Himself taught that He was the Father. Once, when Yahshua was talking about the Father, the Pharisees asked, "Where is Your Father? Yahshua answered, You know neither Me nor My Father. If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also (John 8:19). Yahshua went on to say, Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins; for if you do not believe that I am He*, you will die in your sins. (John 8:24). * We should note the He in this verse is in italics, which means that it was not in the original Greek, but was added by the translators. Yahshua was really identifying Himself with the "I AM" of Exodus 3:14. YahshuaMinistries.com 18

4. In another place Yahshua said, "I and my Father are one" (John 10:30). Some try to say that He was one with the Father much as a husband and wife are one, or as two men can be one in agreement. This interpretation attempts to weaken the force of the assertion Yahshua made. However, other verses fully support that Yahshua was not only the Son in His humanity but also the Father in His deity. 5. For example, Yahshua stated in John 12:45, And he who sees Me sees Him who sent Me. In other words, if a person sees Yahshua as to His deity, he sees the Father. 6. In John 14:7 Yahshua told His disciples, If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; and from now on you know Him and have seen Him. Upon hearing this statement, Philip requested, Lord, show us the Father, and it is sufficient for us. (John 14:8). In other words, he asked that Yahshua show them the Father and then they would be satisfied. Yahshua s answer was, Have I been with you so long, and yet you have not known Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father; so how can you say, Show us the Father? Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in Me? The words that I speak to you I do not speak on My own authority; but the Father who dwells in Me does the works. Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father in Me, or else believe Me for the sake of the works themselves (John 14:9-11). YahshuaMinistries.com 19

This statement goes far beyond a relationship of agreement; it can be viewed as nothing less than the claim of Christ being the Father manifested in flesh. Like many people today, Philip had not comprehended that the Father is an invisible Spirit and that the only way a person could ever see Him would be through the person of Yahshua, the Messiah. God was manifested in flesh (1 Timothy 3:16). 7. Yahshua said, "The Father is in me, and I in Him" (John 10:38). 8. Yahshua promised to be the Father of all over-comers. (Revelation 21:6-7) 9. In John 14:18 Yahshua said, "I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you." The Greek word translated "comfortless" is orphanos, which Strong's Exhaustive Concordance defines as "bereaved ('orphans'), i.e. parentless." Yahshua was saying, I will not leave you as orphans" (NIV), or "I will not leave you fatherless: I will come to you." Yahshua, speaking as the Father, promised that He would not leave His disciples fatherless. Here are some comparisons which provide additional proof that Yahshua is the Father. 10. Yahshua prophesied that He would resurrect His own body from the dead in three days (John 2:19-21), yet Peter preached that God raised up Yahshua from the dead (Acts 2:24). YahshuaMinistries.com 20

11. Yahshua said He would send the Comforter to us (John 16:7), but He also said the Father would send the Comforter (John 14:26). 12. The Father alone can draw men (John 6:44), yet Yahshua said He would draw all men to Himself (John 12:32). 13. The Father quickens (gives life to) the dead and will raise us up (Romans 4:17; 1 Corinthians 6:14). Yet, Yahshua will raise up all believers at the last day (John 6:40). 14. Yahshua promised to answer the believer's prayer (John 14:14), yet He said the Father would answer prayer (John 16:23). 15. Christ is our sanctifier (Ephesians 5:26), yet the Father sanctifies us (Jude 1). We can easily understand all of this if we realize that Yahshua has a dual nature. He is both Spirit and flesh, the Almighty and man, Father and Son. On His human side He is the Son of man; on His divine side He is the Son of God and is the Father dwelling in flesh. YahshuaMinistries.com 21

The Father is the Son (God manifested in the flesh) The doctrine of the Son does not teach that the Father so loved the world He sent another person, God the Son, to die and reconcile the world to the Father. On the contrary, it teaches that the Father so loved the world that He robed Himself in flesh and gave Himself as the Son of God to reconcile the world to Himself (2 Corinthians 5:19). The one Almighty of the Old Testament, the great creator of the universe, humbled Himself in the form of man so that man could see Him. He made a body for Himself, called the Son of God. God was manifested in the flesh (1 Timothy 3:16). Who was manifested in the flesh? There has been much controversy and much written concerning exactly who the Apostle John was referring to when he wrote, He was manifested to take away our sins 1 John 3:5 John writes of the Father in verses 1-5. He then writes of the purpose for the Son of God in verse 8. In 1 John 3:1-5, the Apostle John appears to write quite plainly about the Father being the one manifested to take away our sins YahshuaMinistries.com 22

Then, in 1 John 3:8 John writes, For this purpose the Son of God was manifested To those who believe that the Almighty is one person there is no confusion or contradiction at all regarding these scriptures. We believe that the Father was manifested in the flesh and became the Son of God, the Messiah. For trinitarians however, these scriptures have been the source of much confusion. Let me explain why this is so. It stems from the basic difference between those who believe the Almighty is one person and those who believe the Almighty is three persons. Let s look at these basic differences. 1. Trinitarians believe that the one Almighty consists of three persons, while those who believe the Almighty is one person, simply believe that the Almighty is well, one person and there are no other persons involved. 2. Trinitarians believe it was the second person of the three persons that became incarnated; while those who believe the Almighty is one person believes that the Father, Himself became incarnated as the Son of God. YahshuaMinistries.com 23

To say it another way, trinitarians say it was the second person of the trinity, not the Father, who became man; while those who believe the Almighty is one person believe that the Father, became man. 3. Trinitarians believe that the second person has always been eternal, while those who believe the Almighty is one person believe that the Son of God did not come into being until His manifestation at the incarnation. With these basic differences in mind, please read these scriptures for yourself 1 John 3:1-8 (vs. 1) Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him. Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is. And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as He is pure. YahshuaMinistries.com 24

Whoever commits sin also commits lawlessness, and sin is lawlessness. (vs. 5) And you know that He was manifested to take away our sins, and in Him there is no sin. Whoever abides in Him does not sin. Whoever sins has neither seen Him nor known Him. Little children, let no one deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous. (vs. 8) He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil. Who is the Apostle John talking about? We know John is not talking about a second person becoming the Son of God because John was monotheistic! John did not believe God was two persons or three persons. What John is saying is that the Father manifested Himself in flesh and became the Son of God for the purpose of destroying the the works of the devil. Question: What did the term, Son of God actually mean to the believers of that day? YahshuaMinistries.com 25

The Son of God what does it mean? During His trial before the Jewish leaders, the High Priest demanded of Yahshua, I charge you under oath by the living God: Tell us if you are the Christ, the Son of God. (Matthew 26:63) Yes, it is as you say, Yahshua replied. The Jewish leaders responded by accusing Yahshua of blasphemy. Later, before Pontius Pilate, The Jews insisted, We have a law, and according to that law He must die, because He claimed to be the Son of God. John 19:7 Why would Yahshua claiming to be the Son of God be considered blasphemy and be worthy of a death sentence? Question: What did the term, Son of God actually mean to the believers of that day? The Bible actually defines the phrase Son of God in John 10:31-36. The passage tells us that some Jews wanted to kill Yahshua by stoning Him to death. YahshuaMinistries.com 26

Then the Jews took up stones again to stone Him. Jesus (Yahshua) answered them, Many good works I have shown you from My Father. For which of those works do you stone me? The Jews answered Him, saying, For a good work we do not stone You, but for blasphemy, and because You, being a Man, make Yourself God. Yahshua then asked them if He was being accused of blaspheming, because I said, I am the Son of God? The Jewish leaders, understood exactly what Yahshua meant by the phrase Son of God. In that culture the term Son of God was equal to saying He was God. The Jews wanted to stone Yahshua because He claimed to be God. The expression Son of God was a phrase that meant Yahshua was the Almighty Father manifested in flesh. (1 Timothy 3:16) It did not mean that Yahshua was the Almighty s offspring (compare John 10:33 with 10:36) or that He was a child of the Almighty. It is always important to remember, these Jewish leaders were strictly monotheistic! When they said, You, a mere man, claim to be God, they were not speaking about a second person in the Trinity! They were referring to the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob; the I AM. John 8:56-58 records Yahshua trying to help them understand that He is the Almighty Father of the Old Testament. "Your father Abraham rejoiced to see My day, and he saw it and was glad. Then the Jews said to Him, You are not yet fifty years old, and have You seen Abraham? YahshuaMinistries.com 27

Jesus (Yahshua) said to them, Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM. Notice that Yahshua called Himself, I AM. This is the same thing that the Almighty Father called Himself in Exodus 3:6 and 14. Yahshua was telling them that He was the God they worshipped - the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. And they picked up stones to kill Him (John 8:59) because He had declared that He was God. Just before Yahshua returned to heaven the apostle Thomas said, Thomas answered and said to Him, My Lord and my God! John 20:28 If Yahshua had never taught them that truth, why would Thomas say that? Thomas believed Yahshua was God and he declared it. Also, notice the words written at the end of 1 John. And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life. 1 John 5:20 Yahshua is the Mighty God and Everlasting Father (Isaiah 9:6). And, Yahshua says of Himself, I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty. Revelation 1:8 YahshuaMinistries.com 28

I AM The Almighty calls Himself I AM in the Old Testament. Yahshua the Messiah, calls Himself I AM in the New Testament. The Apostle John records many times when Yahshua refers to Himself as being I AM. I AM was known by the Hebrews to be the name the Almighty gave to Moses in Exodus 3:14. In John 8:24 Yahshua said, Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins; for if you do not believe that I am He*, you will die in your sins. * We should note that the He in verse John 8:24 is in italics, which indicates that it is not in the original Greek, but was added by the translators. Yahshua is saying He is the "I AM" of Exodus 3:14. In John 8:56-59, John records Yahshua saying Your father Abraham rejoiced to see My day, and he saw it and was glad. Then the Jews said to Him, You are not yet fifty years old, and have You seen Abraham? Jesus (Yahshua) said to them, Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM. Then they took up stones to throw at Him YahshuaMinistries.com 29

Yahshua, the Messiah (the Son of God) declared that He is the I AM of the Old Testament. When Yahshua said He is I AM, He proclaimed that He is the Almighty, the Father come down from heaven to save His people. In the Gospel of John, John writes of seven other instances where Yahshua refers to Himself as I am. In the book of Revelation, John writes of seven instances where Yahshua refers to Himself as I am. Matthew 1:23 perhaps says it best: "Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel," which is translated, "God with us." So, when the Apostle John wrote this letter, it was common knowledge among the early church believers that the terms the Father and the Son of God were speaking of one and the same person. Every believer (and Pharisee too!) knew the term Son of God meant The Almighty manifested in flesh. So, this seeming contradiction, is no contradiction at all! It is easily understood when you realize they are one and the same. With the advent of the trinity doctrine some 300 years later, these scriptures, which were once easily understood, now brought much confusion and turmoil into the lives of the new believers. Sadly, it continues until this very day. YahshuaMinistries.com 30

Did you know the disciples attributed the titles of the Father, to Yahshua! All the saints and all the preachers in the first century Church understood who Yahshua was and who He claimed to be. God with us. They understood that Yahshua was the Father incarnate. The Almighty had always taught the Jewish people to be monotheistic so they knew this meant Yahshua was the Father come down from heaven in the body of a man. The apostle John referred to Yahshua as the the first and the last (Revelation 1:17; 2:8; 22:13); the true light (John 1:9); the bridegroom (Revelation 21:2); Savior of the world (John 4:42; cf. Isaiah 43:3-11). He also attributed to Yahshua the role of Redeemer in Revelation 5:9. The apostle Peter called Yahshua the rock and stone (1 Peter 2:6-8; Psalms 18:2; 95:1); and the Chief Shepherd (1 Peter 5:4). The apostle Paul referred to Yahshua as the rock (1 Corinthians 10:4) and the bridegroom (Ephesians 5:22-33). The Old Testament role of Redeemer (Hosea 13:14; Psalms 130:7) is given to Yahshua, by Paul in Titus 2:13-14. Yahshua, is the forgiver of sins in Colossians 3:13 and He is Christ Jesus, who will judge the living and the dead. (2 Timothy 4:1) YahshuaMinistries.com 31

What is so special about these titles? All of these titles are unique to the Almighty Father in the Old Testament but are given to Yahshua in the New Testament! The disciples were steeped in the Old Testament and would have only applied these titles with great care. If they did not think Yahshua, the Messiah was the Almighty Father manifested in flesh, they would have never used these words to describe Him. The disciples considered Yahshua, the Messiah to be God the Father, who came in the flesh. The New Testament opens with a passage concluding that Yahshua, is Immanuel ( God with us ), which refers to the messianic prediction of Isaiah 7:14. Again, since the Jewish people were taught to be strictly monotheistic, and knowing there is only one true Almighty, they knew this was none other than the Father. YahshuaMinistries.com 32

Why the Trinity Doctrine is so damaging to believers! It is unscriptural! 1. Truth be told, the trinity doctrine actually forces people to oppose the Almighty s written word regarding His number. The Almighty, His prophets and His word say one thing in the Holy Scriptures regarding His number. The trinity doctrine teaches people something completely different. 2. It creates confusion for the believer. Is the Almighty one person?... or three persons? 3. It keeps people from knowing and proclaiming the Almighty s name. If the Almighty is three persons and all three are gathered together What do you call Him? What is His Name? YahshuaMinistries.com 33

Note: There are actually books telling people they need to make sure they pray to the third person too, and not to leave him out! The books tell people that this oversight on their part (not praying specifically to the third person ) is probably why their prayers aren t being answered. They have neglected and offended the third person of the trinity and have not given him his due! The Catholic Pope Francis, told people on January 11, 2015 We usually pray to Jesus, Francis said. When we pray the Our Father, we pray to the Father. But we don t pray so much to the Holy Spirit. It is so important to pray to the Holy Spirit, he said. Catholics, as well as many Protestants, are teaching their followers they should pray to three separate entities! This is totally unscriptural and is in fact, paganistic. YahshuaMinistries.com 34

The Bible promises us that, whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved. Joel 2:32; Romans 10:13 Acts 16:29-31 tells us that when the Philippian jailer cried out to Paul and Silas asking them, What must I do to be saved? Yahshua Ministries - What I Believe 1. YAH The Almighty Father s name in the Old Testament YAH - Psalm 68:4; Isaiah 12:2; Isaiah 26:4; Revelation 19:1, 3, 4, 6 (see page 5). YAH-WEH means, YAH - The Self-Existent one (I AM). I believe in a strict Monotheism. I do not believe the Almighty is three persons. I believe the Almighty is numerically one. 2. YAHSHUA The Almighty Father s highest name revealed - New Testament Yahshua is the name above every name! Yahshua literally means, YAH is Salvation. 3. The Bible I believe the Bible to be the inspired word of Yahshua and to be free from error in the original manuscripts when all grammatical, historical, literary and cultural issues have been considered. I believe the Bible is the only Yahshua-given authority which man possesses; therefore, all doctrine, faith, hope, and all instruction for the church must be based upon and harmonize with the Bible. 4. Yahshua, the Messiah I believe the Almighty Father of the Old Testament, became a man in the person of Yahshua, the Messiah. I believe the name Yahshua, meaning Yah is salvation, is the Name above all names. Yahshua, is both fully the Almighty and fully man. He is the visible image of the Almighty Father. As it pertains to His humanity, Yahshua was born of a virgin in time. YahshuaMinistries.com 37

5. The Holy Spirit I believe that the Holy Spirit is none other than the Spirit of Yahshua Himself. 6. Salvation Salvation is a gift that we receive by faith. We cannot earn it through our deeds or works. We cannot obtain it by being a good person or by attending church. Yahshua ( God manifested in the flesh 1 Timothy 3:16) earned it for us through His death, burial and resurrection. It s a gift that s been made available to everyone who calls upon the name of Yahshua. 7. The Second Coming I believe that Yahshua died for our sins, was resurrected and ascended into heaven where he presently reigns. I also believe in a literal, bodily return of Yahshua after a time of Great Tribulation, both to claim his bride and to execute judgment on an unbelieving world. 8. Final Judgment I believe there is coming a time when all who ever lived will stand before Yahshua to be judged and that all who are not saved will be cast into the lake of fire. I believe this judgment to be literal and eternal. YahshuaMinistries.com 38
