PRESIDENT S MESSAGE Dear Brothers, Sisters and loving young friends, Jai Shree Ram! Once again, I would like to thank everyone for actively participating in all the programs organized by the Mandir, in the month of March. It gives me great pleasure to see that our community is taking keen interest in all the activities, festivals, celebrations, regular congregations, and also coming forward to offer voluntary services in various fields of interest. Maha Shivratri and Holi two of our vibrant festivals were celebrated with great enthusiasm and joy this month. While people were seen waiting in long ques to perform the Rudra Abhishek and offer their prayers to Lord Shiva on Shivratri, hundreds of devotees were seen excited to get drenched in the colorful drizzle of flowers on the auspicious occasion of Holi. Another landmark event in the history of HOM was the visit of 62 children (12 yr. old) along with their 4 teachers from the Catholic School of Roselle on March 9, 2016. With the co-ordination of Arun Talwar, this group of youngsters spent an hour in the temple curious to learn more about Hinduism, Yoga, and And Indian Culture & Traditions. My sincere thanks to Satish Chander, Madhu Gupta, Anita Rawal & Manisha Garg for giving them a guided tour and conducting the whole program. Coming up in the month of April, is Navratrey, Ram Naumi and our Mandir s 27th Anniversary. I would like to invite you to join us in all these celebrations especially the Vishal Navratrey Jagran which is to be held on April 9th. Bunty Bawa & Party, renowned Jagran Mandli from California is coming to perform and I appeal to ALL of you to join us in this special Mata ki Chowki and seek Her blessings.
