Something about me I was born in Rome; my parents came from Siena (Tuscany) and Venice. I was educated in Rome in many different fields. I have got a degree in Art, History, Archeology and Languages. I speak English, Spanish, French and a little Japanese. My professors have been Prof. Guglielmo Matthiae, one of the greatest Art Critic and Prof. Carlo Pietrangeli who was also the Director of the Vatican Museums. Besides Art and History I am also an expert in cooking. I enjoy sharing my passion for food organizing dinner parties with cooking demonstration in my penthouse overlooking the Eternal City and the Vatican. Dinner cooking demonstration I live 10 minutes walking from Saint Peter's Square and I organize dinner parties with cooking demonstration at my place, which is overlooking the Eternal City. From the "Bella Vista" terrace you could enjoy the spectacular view of St.Peter's dome. In a very friendly atmosphere drinks and Italian dishes will be served and I will show you how to cook them in the Italian style using only very genuine ingredients. When you will go back home you will be able to cook Italian dishes for your friends! Since my dinner parties are very customized and for few people, reservations must be requested at least three weeks in advance.

Deposits, Cancellations and Refunds Policy No Bookings are Considered Confirmed without a Deposit. Deposit To keep your booking is necessary to pay a deposit. The reservation fee is 30% of of the total cost of the service (tours or tours + limo tranfer/s). You can pay the remaining fee in Euro cash at the end of the tour to the Official Guide. Please, note that we only accept Euro cash for the payment of the balance due. Deposit is calculated in Euro (30% of total cost of service.) The conversion of the deposit from EURO to your currency is based on the exchange rate at the date you send the deposit. The balance is the total cost of the service (EURO) minus the deposit (EURO). Cancellations and Refunds Policy For cancellations received in writing 8 weeks prior your expected tour there is a 75% refund of the total sum sent as deposit. For cancellations received in writing 30 days before there is a 50% refund of the total sum sent as deposit. For cancellations received in writing until 7days of the total sum sent as deposit. before there is a 20% refund There are NO refunds for cancellations received 7 days or less before the tour date. There are NO refunds for cancellations received on the day before, on the day of or after the tour date. The client is charged for the full cost of the tour and transport service booked. There is NO refund in case of bad weather. In case of bad weather we can change the schedule and the itinerary of the tour to adjust it to the weather, but we can not cancel the tour. Clients leaving without paying will be legally pursued. Refunds are sent via mail as Euro check made to your name. Shipping costs at your charge.
