This week s message is entitled "Unite Us!", focusing on how the coming of Messiah brings genuine peace to us and our world. This afternoon Sue Stranahan s lifetime of service will be celebrated in a special reception at 2:15 p.m. in the Sanctuary. Plan to join in the retirement party to honor Sue s service to the Lord and to The Village Church. NEXT SUNDAY MORNING David Pavey will bring a message entitled, Death on the Nile. In the evening we will enjoy a video presentation of Nicky Gumbel, of Alpha fame, interviewing the Archbishop of Canterbury.
