Bism-Illah-Ir-Rahman-lr-Rahim Ruling by the Almighty Lord, Allah هللا (Subhanahu Wa Ta Ala (ظثحا ه وذعا (Glorified and Exalted is He) s authority ensures peace and harmony among the humans, individuals, societies, and lands. Those who do wrong or oppress deserve punishment since they are responsible for their own actions, but not others under the authority of the Divine Law, and also by just man-made laws such as the following: a) No person shall be adjudged guilty of an offence and made liable to punishment except after proof of his guilt before an independent judicial tribunal. b) No person shall be adjudged guilty except after a fair trial and after reasonable opportunity for defense has been provided to him/her. c) Punishment shall be awarded in accordance with the Law, in proportion to the seriousness of the offence and with due consideration of the circumstances under which it was committed. d) No act shall be considered a crime unless it is stipulated as such in the clear wording of the Law. e) Every individual is responsible for his/her actions. و الع ق ىب ت Punishment In Islam, every person is responsible for the deeds he/she has done. Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta Ala) says in the Holy Book of Islam Glorious Qur an ا مسآ ا ىس (17:15), Nor shall the bearer of a burden bear the burden of another. He also says in the Glorious Qur an verse (3:110), Ye enjoin goodness and ye forbid evil. ت ا ع س وف و ذ ه ى ع ا ى س. ع سا / 110 } و ال ذ ص ز و اش ز ج و ش ز أ خ س ي. }اإلظساء/ 11 { ذ أ س و يآ} Islam prohibits anyone to commit suicide, and to hold life sacred (Glorious Qur an: 4:29&92-93; 35:18; 17:33 and 5:27-31), and it condemns harassment, insults, discrimination, and slander, and it also stages against tyranny, injustice, and repression. Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta Ala) says in the Glorious Qur an (49:13; 5:2, 32 and 2:213), O ye people! Verily We have created you of a male and a female, and made you in nations, and tribes, that ye may recognize each other. Verily the most honored of you with Allah is the one of you who guardeth (himself) the most (against evil). Verily Allah is All-Knowing, the All-Aware. And help ye (one another) in righteousness and piety, and help ye not (one another) in sin and aggression, and take ye shelter in Allah (for), verily, Allah is severe in punishment. And he who saveth it (a human life), shall be as though he hath save mankind as a whole.
