All Church Spring Vespers and Olympics on April 28 in the Better Living Center, starting at 7:00 PM. It will be a night of worship, fellowship, and fun. We will close the Sabbath with vespers, enjoy a potluck, and visit several stations for games. There will be "fun" and "intellectual" games for all ages to enjoy. Notice of Grants Pass Seventh-day Adventist School Constituency Meeting Official notice is hereby given that the regular constituency meeting of Grants Pass Seventh-day Adventist School (GPSAS) will be held on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at 7:00 PM in the School Commons. The purpose of the constituency meeting is to present reports, to approve the 2018-2019 operating budget, to consider and act upon recommended changes to the constitution, and to transact such other business as may properly come before the constituents. Only items already on the agenda will be discussed. The constituency of Grants Pass Seventh-day Adventist School consists of the members of the following Seventh-day Adventist constituent churches: Gateway, Grants Pass, North Valley, Rogue River, and Williams; the Oregon Conference Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee, and the Oregon Conference President or his/her designee. All church members from the constituent churches are urged to attend this constituency session. A quorum to transact business shall consist of five percent of the total members of the constituency and every church must be represented. A dinner for members of the school constituency will be served at 6:00 PM in the School Commons. The cost of the meal is $5 per person. Small Group Bible Study The Small Group Bible Study Class on Tuesdays in the Youth Chapel will begin again on April 10 th when Chuck Austin will resume the teaching of the class. More Oranges! More of those delicious, fresh oranges will be arriving from California the first week of April. The senior class from Rogue Valley Adventist Academy will be selling 10# bags of oranges for $10 to raise money for their class trip. Better Life Fundraiser Coming Soon! Do you have items of value you no longer use? Why not turn your good quality unused goods into money to save souls? Coming this Spring, mission-minded volunteers will host a huge rummage sale in the lower church parking lot. The funds raised will benefit Better Life TV, however, your goods cannot be collected by or stored at Better Life TV before or after the sale. Items not sold may be donated to Dorcas. Each person will be responsible for their own unsold goods. For more details please call Stella at 541-218-8458. Dorcas Many in the community of Grants Pass are blessed with food and clothing that is distributed from our center. Volunteers are needed to serve in the operation of various stations.
