Our Special Guests The United Nations International Pilgrim Statue of Our Lady of Fatima This statue is an official International Pilgrim Virgin statue. Carved in 1927, this statue was blessed on May 13, 1947 by Pope Pius XII. Then the Bishop of Fatima blessed this statue for its mission to the United Nations on October 13, 1952. On December 8th, 1952, it was taken into the Meditation Room of the United Nations by Msgr. Harold Colgan, Founder of the Blue Army of Our Lady of Fatima. There, he led the recitation of the Holy Rosary where hundreds of people prayed for an end to the Korean War which was a product of the Cold War between the Soviet Union and the United States. The Korean war which started in 1950 ended on July 1953, seven months after Our Lady visited the United Nations headquarters in New York. With the United Nations comprising of more than 192 nations, Our Lady has touched the hearts of people around the world and made her peace plan known to the representatives of the United Nations members. The true value of this historic statue is that it becomes for us what Pope Pius XII described as The Messenger of Her Royalty. The United Nations International Pilgrim Statue of Fatima has been called an Ambassador of Peace. Travelling the world for many years, the statue brings the peace plan of Our Lady to our present times. This is especially true in times of war and terrorism. Pope Benedict XVI told the custodian of the statue, Mrs. Judy Studer, that the prophetic message of Fatima is more important today than in 1917. During the centennial (100 years) anniversary of the Fatima apparitions. the statue visited the United Nations headquarters for the second time when Archbishop Bernardito Auza, Permanent Observer of the Holy See (Vatican) to the United Nations organized the historic visit in May 2017. He will be the keynote speaker for the Divine Mercy Conference in May 24-26, 2019 at the Hawaii Convention Center. This pilgrim statue also serves as an Ambassador of Vocations inspiring prayer and the need to encourage and support vocations within the Universal Church. As a pilgrim statue, it promotes Our Lady s intercession through prayer. This representative pilgrim statue provides an inspiration to both our young and old equally to answer God s call. The First-Class Relics of the Fatima Saints: St. Jacinta and St. Francisco Father Luis Kondor, Postulator for the Cause of the Beatification of Francisco and Jacinta Marto and Lucia Dos Santos presented the First Class Relics to Mrs. Judy Studer on November 2005. Graciously, she accepted these sacred items encased in a reliquary - the relics of St. Jacinta and St. Francisco and a piece of the holm-oak tree on which Our Blessed Mother stood on during the apparitions in Fatima. Father Kondor asked that Mrs. Studer use the reliquary to bring hope and healing to all sick people and especially to share the story of Fatima with children. Judy, who has a great devotion to the Divine Mercy, encourages people to pray both the Rosary and the Chaplet of Divine Mercy for healing. Make an effort to venerate the special statue of Our Lady and the relics of the Fatima Saints as they visit Hawaii for the first time during the Divine Mercy Conference on May 24-26, 2019 at the Hawaii Convention Center. Truly, a history in the making! Come and be blessed! Pray for peace and healing! Register early. Seats are limited!

About the Key Guest Speakers Keynote Speaker: His Excellency, The Most Rev. Archbishop Bernadito Auza Apostolic Nuncio, Permanent Observer of the Holy See (Vatican) to the United Nations and Permanent Observer of the Holy See to the Organization of American States. Born in Talibon, Philippines on June 1959, Archbishop Auza was ordained priest for the Diocese of Tagbilaran on June 1985. He earned a doctorate in Theology and entered the diplomatic service of the Holy See in 1990. He served at the Apostolic Nunciature in Madagascar, in Bulgaria, and then in Albania. He then served in the Secretariat of State in the Vatican and from there, he was appointed to the Permanent Observer Mission of the Holy See to the United Nations in New York. He was appointed Apostolic Nuncio to Haiti on May 2008 and was ordained Titular Archbishop of Suacia on July 2008. He was appointed Permanent Observer of the Holy See to the United Nations and Permanent Observer of the Holy See to the Organization of American States in July 2014. During the centennial anniversary of the apparitions of Our Lady in Fatima (in May 2017), Archbishop Auza organized a visit of the pilgrim statue of Our Lady of Fatima into the United Nations in New York. The statue visited the U.N for the second time. Hawaii Catholics will now have the privilege of meeting this very important representative of Vatican during the May 24-26, 2019 Divine Mercy Conference at the Hawaii Convention Center. Featured Speaker: Fr. Donald Calloway, Marians of the Immaculate Conception Fr. Calloway is a convert to Catholicism. Before his conversion, he was a high school drop-out who had been institutionalized and thrown in jail multiple times. He is a modern day story of St. Augustine. Fr. Donald grew without any religion or father-figure to model. Satisfaction of the senses became young Donald s rule of life that escalated to a life of crime. During a time of endless wanton wandering filled with drugs, booze, women and rock music, his mother became a Catholic and fervently prayed for her fifteen-year-old son to return home. Like a modern-day St. Monica, she trusted that God would touch his soul with a grace of repentance. Reaching rock-bottom, Donald discovered a book on Marian apparitions and devoured its powerful message of repentance. The Blessed Virgin Mary had literally stolen his heart. As for his conversion, Father Calloway notes: "There are no accidents in life. Everything happens for a reason, because of God the Father's plans. And as for Our Lady, without her, I might be dead." After his radical conversion, he became a priest of the Congregation of the Marians of the Immaculate Conception of the Most Blessed Virgin Mary in May 2003. He exhibits an unmistakable zeal for the priesthood and devotion to Our Lady. He is a well -known and sought-after conference speaker on Divine Mercy and the Blessed Virgin Mary and author of numerous books. Back by popular demand, he will visit Hawaii for the third time to share his conversion story and to preach on the power of the Holy Rosary and the intercession of the Mother of God. Fr. Calloway, who is the current Vicar Provincial and Vocations Director of the Marians of the Immaculate Conception, the official promoters of Divine Mercy, will be preaching with much vigor about the devotion to the Rosary and the Divine Mercy, in what he calls the "one-two punch" combination that will bring people back to God. He travels worldwide inspiring all to recognize and embrace the countless graces God grants us in our own lives. Part of a new generation of priests in the new springtime of the Church, Fr. Calloway s amazing conversion story powerfully manifests Our Lord s infinite mercy. Listen to the powerful presentations of this dynamic priest. Bring your children, your families and friends. Allow them to be inspired by Father Donald Calloway. Your families and friends will be touched and will be blessed during the Divine Mercy Conference on May 24-26, 2019 at the Hawaii Convention Center. Register early! Seats are limited.

The Pope gave him special authority to absolve sins that are reserved only for the Holy See to grant pardon. Currently a parish priest in Robstown Texas, Fr. Mark also leads a healing ministry. He served as Sacramental minister and speaker at many conferences across the U.S. states. He is known to spend long hours in the confessional and is very much appreciated by all. As his special charism is Reconciliation, he is oftentimes likened to St. Padre Pio with special gifts pertaining to Confession. He has been invited to numerous Divine Mercy events in Hawaii because of his special gifts in administering the Sacrament of Mercy, especially now as a Missionary of Mercy. Prof. Americo Pablo Lopez-Ortiz A resident of Puerto Rico, Professor Americo Lopez-Ortiz is the current International President of the World Apostolate of Fatima formerly known as the Blue Army. He is a consecrated lay person who has devoted his life to the Church serving the Executive Committee of Caritas Internationalis at the Vatican and the Pontifical Council for the Laity. He has published 14 books on Ethics, St. Augustine and the Spirituality of the Message of Fatima. He has been an investigator of the Fatima Apparitions for 40 years now. He began working with the late Father Joaquin María Alonso, official investigator of the Fatima Apparitions appointed by the Holy See and author of the Encyclopedia of Fátima, Prof. López is distinguished for having a special understanding, new insights and profound analysis of the Message of Fatima and its implications to our modern societies. His two latest books published are: (1) THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY IN TODAY S CHURCH. This book provides a comprehensive and new interpretation of the third part of the secret of Fatima, as it includes the new light provided by the letters of Sister Lucia to Saint John Paul II and the prophesies of Saint John Bosco. (2) FATIMA AND DIVINE MERCY, exploring the Message of Fatima and its relationship with the Message of Divine Mercy and the providential years of The Jubilee of Mercy (2016) and of the Centennial of Our Lady of Fatima (2017). Mrs. Judy Studer Since 1994, Judy who is a retired registered nurse has been the President of the Rhode Island Diocesan Division of the World Apostolate of Fatima (formerly known as the Blue Army of Our Lady of Fatima before it merged with the International Apostolate). She is also the custodian of the United Nations Pilgrim Statue of Our Lady of Fatima. It has been reported that this statue was blessed on May 13, 1947 by Pope Pius XII. It was then blessed by the bishop of Fatima on October 13, 1952 for the journey across the Atlantic to the United Nations in New York. This famous statue was brought to the Meditation Room of the United Nations where Monsignor Colgan, founder of the Blue Army, led the recitation of the Rosary. As the custodian, Judy has taken the statue to dioceses throughout the United States as well as Ireland, Portugal, India, the Philippines and many more. Judy also brings the relics of St. Francisco and St. Jacinta Marto with the statue. In honor of the 100th Anniversary of Our Lady of Fatima, the United Nations Pilgrim Statue was once again invited back to the United Nations on May 12, 2017 to be part of a Peace Conference which was attended by people from all over the world. Judy who has a deep devotion to the Divine Mercy, will be sharing her healing story through the intercession of Our Lady of Fatima.

Mr. Eric Mahl Eric Mahl grew up in the small town of Monroeville, Ohio where he was a standout athlete. He earned a full scholarship to play division one football at Kent State University and, in 2005, was signed by the Cleveland Browns. After walking away from the National Football League, he continued his intensive focus in following Jesus, where he gave away all his belongings so as to fully give himself to the Lord and live out the message of Divine Mercy. He spent 3 years living as a hermit in the desert meditating on the Word of God. After this period he entered the streets of inner city America so as to fully give himself in love of God and people. He has been called to live out the Gospel message of the Kingdom with the blessed least ones whom are forgotten by society. His journey eventually led him to the shrine of Divine Mercy in Stockbridge, Massachusetts and Fr. Michael Gaitley, a priest of the Marians of the Immaculate Conception. Eric currently serves as a part of the formation team of the Marian Missionaries of Divine Mercy under the guidance of the Marian Fathers. He and his wife and children intentionally live a simple life of relationship, love and light alongside those within their neighborhood. An Appeal for Your Prayers and Support On February 1931, Jesus appeared to a nun in Poland, Saint Faustina, and asked her to become the apostle and secretary of God s mercy. Jesus gave her a message that she was to spread throughout the world His words of Love and Mercy. He made it clear that the need to proclaim His message of Mercy is urgent because the world needs it as a preparation for His Second Coming. "Speak to the world about My mercy... It is a sign for the end times. After it will come the Day of Justice. While there is still time, let them have recourse to the fountain of My mercy." Diary 848 You will prepare the world for my final coming Diary 429 Tell souls about this great Mercy of mine because the awful day, the day of My Justice is near. Diary 965 This message is also an invitation for all of us living in the present modern time of 2019. Responding to this plea from Jesus, the Eucharistic Apostles of the Divine Mercy (EADM) is organizing a Divine Mercy Conference that will help to spread Devotion to the Divine Mercy. The conference will be held on May 24-26, 2019 at the Hawaii Convention Center. The theme will be Divine Mercy and the Message of Fatima. A great lineup of dynamic guest speakers will be present on that weekend to help spread Our Lord s messages. As the cost of putting conferences of this magnitude is enormous, we are asking for your generous assistance to make this event possible. We trust in the words of Jesus when He said that He will make up for what we lack when we do whatever we can to spread devotion to His Divine Mercy. As we lack financial resources to bring our special guests to Hawaii, we trust that Jesus will provide us the means to do so through the generosity of supporters like yourselves. Will you help us to prepare souls for His Final Coming? Support this life-saving and worthy cause. Your Prayers and Donations Will Help Spread the Message of Divine Mercy and Fatima Our Lady of Fatima Sponsor: For your donation of $1,000 or more, you will be helping to bring the United Nations Pilgrim Statue of Our Lady of Fatima coming all the way from Rhode Island. The statue herself will need a plane ticket as she sits next to her custodian and guardian Mrs. Judy Studer, the President of the Rhode Island Division of the World Apostolate of Fatima. You will also help to make the peace plan of Our Lady of Fatima known to many people. As Our Lady s sponsor:: Your name will be acknowledged in the conference program booklet You will receive free conference registrations for two (2) persons worth $150 You will be invited to attend a special private Welcome Mass and Veneration of the Pilgrim statue as well as the First- Class relics of St. Jacinta and St. Francisco Speakers Sponsor: For your donation of $500 or more, you will be helping to bring great and dynamic speakers coming from Puerto Rico and the East Coast Mainland. Our keynote speaker, Archbishop Bernadito Auza, is an Apostolic Nuncio who is the Permanent Observer of the Holy See (Vatican) to the United Nations. Our featured speaker, Fr. Donald Calloway MIC, is a popular and well sought-after conference speaker who preaches with much vigor about the devotion to the Rosary and the Divine Mercy. Other special guests will inspire you with their experiences and healing stories because of their love and devotion to the Divine Mercy and Our Lady of Fatima. As a Speakers sponsor: Your name will be acknowledged in the conference program booklet You will receive free conference registration for one (1) person worth $75 You will be invited to attend a special private Welcome Mass and Veneration of the Pilgrim statue as well as the First- Class relics of St. Jacinta and St. Francisco Conference Sponsor: For your donation of less than $500, you will be helping to make a blessed and grace-filled event happen. The cost of organizing high-quality and caliber conferences is enormous. The registration fees will only apply to the cost of renting the rooms at the Hawaii Convention Center. There are still many expenses to cover including promotion, printing, supplies, and many more. Any amount helps and will be appreciated. As a Conference sponsor: Your name will be acknowledged in the conference program booklet You will be included in the prayer intentions during the Welcome Mass.
