Introduction Something is about to happen in the church of Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us as the days get closer and closer to the return of Jesus Christ, Gross darkness will cover the earth. DD As the year of the Supernatural rounded off, the Loveworld nation began to look forward to receiving God's instruction for 2019. In December 2018, the President of the Loveworld nation, Reverend (Dr) Chris Oyakhilome had said You will so shine in 2019. 'What does the year hold for us?' many would often ask; 'The year means nothing without the Word of God. God's Word is your light, your direction, your instruction. He does not only tell us what the year is for us but also gives us directions, and guidance, so that it will be for us what He has said. Hallelujah! It is therefore our responsibility to make full proof of God's Word in our lives by internalizing and living in the light of His Word that is spoken to us. WEEK ONE Lesson Summary In today's class, we would learn more about what light is and how that light is for illumination. Highlights: What is light? Light is that which makes manifest. Light is for illumination it produces clarity, refinement, innovation, and sound judgement. v What is Light? 1 John 1:5 This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. The scripture above says that God is light and in Him there's no darkness at all. Jesus speaking in John 9:5 (KJV) said As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world. What a profound statement! Then coming to Matthew 5:14 (KJV) Bible records Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. He says 'you're the light of the world, the city that is set upon the hills cannot be hid Hallelujah! Jesus said Ye are the light of the world. That should make us think. If God is light and Jesus is light and He says you're light what's light then? The best definition of light comes from the Bible. You know you can see beautiful definitions in physics but the simplest and best definition of light comes from the Bible. Let's read Ephesians 5:13 (KJV) But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light.that's the definition of light. Light is that which makes manifest. Hallelujah! 1Thessalonians 5: 5-8 (KJV). It says; Ye are all the children of light (talking to Christians not those who are not born again), and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. and in Ephesians 5:8 (NIV) Bible says For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light' Before you were born again, you were darkness. He says you were once darkness, now you're light. Live as children of light: To learn to live as lights come with me as we highlight Pastor's message on the different types of ligh v Light is for illumination A good example of light that illuminates is the Lighthouse. One of the main purposes of a lighthouse is to show ships, especially lost ships the way. A lighthouse is a tall building built on the coast of an ocean or lake which has a very bright light near the top. When sailors see the light even from afar, they know the direction to steer their ship. In Psalms 119:130, Bible says 'thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path'. Indeed, God's Word is the true light that illuminates. 5
This LIGHT is for illumination and would give the following: Clarity: As a light, you have the divine ability to think clearly and not be confused on what to do or what to say at any given time. Refinement: As a light, your life will bring improvement to everyone around you. Innovation: This is finding a new way of doing things or improving on what has been done before It is recorded in history that Thomas Edison invented the electric light- one of the everyday conveniences that most affects our lives. I'm very sure that everyone here has this in his/her home. From the time of this invention till today, it is still an important part of our lives all around the world. As the light of the world, imagine the innovations or ideas you would produce that would change the lives of generations to come. Sound Judgement: It's an outstanding feature of your divine nature where you make wise decisions not just for yourself but for people around you. You will establish Gods righteousness through your words, when people listen to you, they will not be confused because you speak with the wisdom of God. Glory! WEEK TWO Lesson Summary In today's class, we would look at how that light is for leadership and gives empowerment. Highlights: Light is for leadership- it guides, leads and gives directions. Light is for empowerment-light emits energy What's energy? Capacity to perform. v Light is for Leadership The book of Daniel 12:3 says Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever. As Pastor taught, Shine in the scripture above is from the Greek word Zaha and in this context, it means to admonish, to teach and to inspire. LIGHT gives leadership and guidance, remember the Star that led the wise men to where Jesus was when they learnt that a king had been born. It led them right from where they were to where Jesus was (Matthew 2:1-2). John 8:12 (KJV) says Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. Jesus says in the scripture above I'm the light of the world When you follow the light, the light will lead and guide you. You may ask, how do you follow Jesus, the light of the world? You follow Jesus through His Word; by doing the Word, which is the true LIGHT and He would lead you Praise God! You're the light of your world! 8

WEEK TWO Lesson Summary v Light is for Empowerment According to the Oxford Dictionary, Empowerment is the process or act of supporting another person or persons to discover and claim personal power. Empowerment entails being blessed. When you are blessed, it means you are empowered to prosper, be excellent, victorious, fruitful and productive in every are of your life. Now, it becomes impossible for you to be defeated or disadvantaged. You deal wisely with the affairs of life. Light gives you the capacity to perform. Light empowers you. No wonder in Colossians 1:29 (KJV) Bible says; Whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily. Say out loud I have the energy of God at work in me.hallelujah! And in 2 Corinthians 3:5 (KJV) Bible says; Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think anything as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God Our ability and efficiency is of God! We have the sufficiency, the ability of God's Spirit at work in us because we have the light of God in us. Can you say Amen! That's wonderful! God is the energy at work in you both to do of His good will. Also, empowerment means helping someone realize their abilities. So, not only would you have the energy and capacity as LIGHT to do anything, you will also help others produce good results as well, because a light does not shine for itself alone. Every where you find yourself this year, live everyday with the consciousness that you re light and be a blessing to everyone you come in contact with because you ve been empowered to help others. In your school, in your family or wherever you find yourself when you are told to do something, don't say 'This is difficult for me, I don't know what to do No you don't talk that way. Why? You are the light and you are empowered to bring forth results. Praise God! As a LIGHT in your class, you can begin to explain subjects that seem difficult to your friends. You can explain to others because God has given you understanding and empowered you to help others understand better. Glory! WEEK THREE Lesson Summary In today's class, we would look at how that light is for signs and seasons and also how to affirm God s Word to ourselves through confessions. Highlights Light is for Signs and Seasons- Sign and wonders Affirmations- Saying out loud that which God has said concerning you. v Light is for Signs and Seasons According to Collins English dictionary, a sign gives information, instruction or warning about something while Season, according to Miriam- Webster is a time characterized by a particular circumstance or feature. Something is about to happen in the church of Jesus Christ. This is the reason that the knowledge of God is increasing. Genesis 1:14 (KJV) And God said, let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years : Light is for signs and seasons. How powerful this is. - This is much more than just the moon, sun and stars. It's far beyond them. Isaiah 8:18(NIV)Bible says; 'Here am I, and the children the LORD has given me. We are signs and symbols in Israel from the LORD Almighty, who dwells on Mount Zion'. What this means is that you as a child of God has been commissioned to bring in new seasons, you're bringing new seasons every where you go. Can you imagine throughout 2019, everywhere you go, you carry a season with you. Everywhere you go you're bringing changes, you're bringing a season of love; a season of victory; a season of peace. Hallelujah! There is a release of mighty angels of God into the earth to help us this 2019. This is a class of Angels that have not been in the earth before. They have been released into the earth for the work they have to do because the time is short and you're going to see signs and wonders like you never thought possible. Why, because of angelic manifestations and angelic support that God's people are going to be receiving. Tell somebody 'We are not alone'. Remember there was a time that things changed by the Spirit, many years ago because the Lord had said to Prophet Joel, 'in the last days saith God I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh, your sons and daughters shall prophesy ' and then the time came when it happened. But when it happened, the people didn't know. Peter had to tell them as he was inspired on the day of Pentecost when the people received this outpouring of the spirit. This year you've got to begin to trust now than ever before the power of good over evil. There are more people who are afraid of evil than they have respect for good because they have heard so much about evil that they fear evil and they have no reverence for good. Romans 12:21 'Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good'. 12
Love is greater and stronger than hate. If they can hate this much, you can love this much. The more good you do the more good you respond to. You will always win. Good has more power than evil. Do you know that one of the reasons young people go into evil things is because they think you can only become a hero with evil? They think good is weak and they don't like to be weak. They think it's better to be the leader of a bad gang terrorizing people in the neighbourhood than it is to be doing good things helping people; doing the right thing. In 2019 you must overcome evil with good. Words make and words break. Words can break out a war because somebody said the wrong thing. Hatred starts when somebody says the wrong thing. Think about it! And peace is established when people say the right things. The greatest force on earth is in your mouth, because you can change things with your words. Jesus was a Master of Words. How did God create the world? With words! Hallelujah! Change your world with your mouth. You can do it and you're going to do it. Fill your heart with the right thought and the right words will come out of your mouth. So understand that you are lights. You're luminaries, you are illuminators! That's who you are and you know your work. It's clearly defined for you. What are they? 1. Illumination 2. Leadership 3. Empowerment 4. Signs and Seasons Yes! That's who you are!!!
