The Methodists on a Mission Relay for Life Team is hosting their annual fundraiser TODAY at the Plum Street Home Association (former Murphysboro KC Hall). The menu is fried chicken and chicken and dumplings. Homemade desserts made by the Methodist bakers are also on the menu. The meal will be served from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Cost is $12.00 for adults, $6.00 for children ages 5 11, and children 4 and under eat free. A few advanced tickets may be purchased from team members: Nancy Fager, Jennifer Watson, Tena Bigham, Sharon Graff, Lela Sternberg, Wilma Westerfield, Kathy Ripley, and Sharon Jones, or a limited number of tickets will be available at the door. On Sunday, June 3rd, MUMC Fellowship Ministries is hosting an ice cream social. Please join us from 2-4 pm in the Fellowship Hall.
