For love, care and dedication Make the brightness flow - But it also takes the rain you see to make a rainbow glow. And from that gleam of color Produced by sad and glad, Comes the lasting memory Of good times that we had. But it s from the frowns and downs we learn Which paths to take or not And what we do with these mistakes Is the gold within our pot. And if and when we reach the end of a day drawing nigh, We are thankful for that glorious blend that we may richly treasurethe horizons of the sky.
