LITCHFIELD INDEPENDENT Latta brought a couple of chickens to the encampment this past February. The old rooster was about to be boiled for an early breakfast at 3:00 am due to his crowing. JULY 2012 In Honor of Brothers Major George Litchfield and Captain John Litchfield Commander Price felt really bad about this, but didn t want to old rooster boiled with a pot of rice. Instead, he had him halved and barbequed at Latta s CMD services in May, and served him up to Ken and Jamie. Jamie and Ken felt really sorry for Commander Heavy s loss, and brought him a few replacements for that old crowing rooster. Amazingly, all three worked together very well at Commander Graham s Gravestone repair class.
