Them in the Psalms -1 About 120 sections, 25% are positive, many are curses: Psalm 9:19f Let the nations be judged in your presence. Strike them with terror, O LORD; let the nations know they are but men. Psalm 14:1 The fool says in his heart, There is no God. Psalm 44:2 With your hand you drove out the nations. Psalm 44:14 You have made us a byword among the nations Psalm 79:6 Pour out your wrath on the nations that do not acknowledge you Psalm 137:8-9 O Daughter of Babylon, doomed to destruction, happy is he who repays you for what you have done to us he who seizes your infants and dashes them against the rocks. Psalm 139: 19 If only you would slay the wicked, O God!

Them in the Psalms -2 Let them acknowledge and praise You! Psalms 22:27-28 All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the LORD, and all the families of the nations will bow down before him, for dominion belongs to the LORD and he rules over the nations. Psalms 72:11 All kings will bow down to him and all nations will serve him. Psalms 72:17 May his name endure forever; may it continue as long as the sun. All nations will be blessed through him, and they will call him blessed. [ Him is the Royal Son] Psalms 102:15 The nations will fear the name of the LORD, all the kings of the earth will revere your glory. Psalms 105:1 Make known among the nations what he has done.

Them in the Psalms Psalm 2 1 Why do the nations conspire and the peoples plot in vain? 2 The kings of the earth take their stand and the rulers gather together against the LORD and against his Anointed One. 3 Let us break their chains, they say, and throw off their fetters. 4 The One enthroned in heaven laughs; the Lord scoffs at them. 5 Then he rebukes them in his anger and terrifies them in his wrath, saying, 6 I have installed my King on Zion, my holy hill. 7 I will proclaim the decree of the LORD: He said to me, You are my Son; today I have become your Father. 8 Ask of me, and I will make the nations your inheritance, the ends of the earth your possession. 9 You will rule them with an iron scepter; you will dash them to pieces like pottery. 10 Therefore, you kings, be wise; be warned, you rulers of the earth. 11 Serve the LORD with fear and rejoice with trembling. 12 Kiss the Son, lest he be angry and you be destroyed in your way, for his wrath can flare up in a moment. Blessed are all who take refuge in him.

Them in the Psalms Psalm 47 1. Clap your hands, all you nations; shout to God with cries of joy. 2. How awesome is the LORD Most High, the great King over all the earth! 3. He subdued nations under us, peoples under our feet. 4. He chose our inheritance for us, the pride of Jacob, whom he loved. 5. God has ascended amid shouts of joy, the LORD amid the sounding of trumpets. 6. Sing praises to God, sing praises; sing praises to our King, sing praises. 7. For God is the King of all the earth; sing to him a psalm of praise. 8. God reigns over the nations; God is seated on his holy throne. 9. The nobles of the nations assemble as the people of the God of Abraham, for the kings of the earth belong to God
