For example: My security depends on... My significance depends on... My adequacy depends on... 2. Put an asterisk by the three misbeliefs that most effect your life right now. 3. Identify one misbelief and work it through the process of telling yourself the truth (see sheet attached): A. State the misbelief. B. Challenge it or argue against it. (5 specific passages of Scripture) C. Replace the misbelief with truth. (acknowledge how you feel, summarize the truth) D. Act on the truth. (use a concordance & cross references; also refer to the list of Scripture from the Biblical View of You Part One) Step 3 Replace the Misbelief with Truth - summarize the truth of Scripture (but don't deny your feelings). Step 4 Action (Cliff Jumping) - Plan an action step to implement this truth.
