And so in n ultimte nd eternl sense mening in life is only to be found in God. The very nture of love itself is tht it must be given nd shred, which implies someone to give it to nd shre it with. The nture of Old Testment children of Isrel, of New Testment church, of Lord s Supper, of worship, of fellowship, nd of service is tied up with connection to nd communion with ors. The word Koinoni, which we trnslte fellowship, etymologiclly mens to hve things in common with ors, which is essence of community, which is ll bout connection. Here n we see importnce of ttending Sundy worship for life nd growth of Christin. It is t nd in worship tht we find mening, s we re connected to God nd to church through common experiences of worship - pryer, prise, proclmtion, nd reception of Word, nd most importntly through reception of Holy Communion.
