Hall: God Loves Us Room 1: Matthew Bible Study Room 5: Variety of Lessons Sermon Questions for thought and discussion - How have you viewed the Old Testament in the past? Did you realize the many connections it has with the New Testament? - Do you think about the Trinity (Father, Son, Holy Spirit) as yesterday, today, and forever? How does that change your view of Jesus? Or does it? - You play a big part in God s ongoing story! How is Jesus calling on you to create hope, renewal, restoration, and new life in your life and those who Christ places in your sphere of influence. Going Deeper: As we begin this new series take some time this week to flip through the New Testament of your Bible and note all of the quotations, illusions, or echoes there are of the Old Testament.
