SNC Participation at International Conference, Egypt - 17-18 Jan 2019 Dr. Rakesh Shakya, H.O.D & Senior Consultant, Glaucoma, Sadguru Netra Chikitsalaya was invited as International Guest Speaker at 2nd Annual International Conference of Egyptian Society at Cairo University, Egypt on 17 18 January 2019. He delivered various talks and trained fellows in wet-lab sessions and performed surgeries wi Prof. Ahmad Mostafa. 1

Jankikund Chikitsalaya Laparoscopic Tubectomy Camp - 19 Jan & 8 Feb. 2019 Netra Kumbh2019 TT camp (Family welfare camp) was organized on 19 January 2019 & 08 February 2019. JKC, Chitrakoot under e expert hands of Surgeon - Dr. Poonam Advani, JKC and Visiting surgeon - Dr. K. L. Namdev, district hospital Satna. It has given incentive to motivators to motivate e cases of Tubectomy & vasectomy. A total of 30 Patients underwent surgery and treatment World T.B. Day Celebration - 24 March 2019 T.B Awareness day was celebrated at Jankikund Chikitsalaya by Dr. A.B.S. ANANDPUR Sadguru Sankalp chikitsalaya General Surgery 2019 Camp - 31 Netra Kumbh- st nd December 2018 2 January 2019 and 11-13 March 2019 General Surgery Camps were organized at Sadguru Sankalp Chikitsalaya (SSC), Anandpur on 31 nd st December 2018 2 January 2019 and 11-13 March 2019. Dr. Venkatesh Agrawal from Satna extended his valuable services for e camps. Through ese camps, around 200 patients were examined while 49 patients got operated for various diseases like Hernia, Lipoma, Cyst, Fistula etc. 15

Republic Day Celebrations26 Jan. 2019 Netra Kumbh2019 70 Republic Day was celebrated across e trust. The main function was organized at Shri Sadguru Sankalp Higher Secondary School (Smt. Sushilaben Arvindbhai Mafatlal H.Sec. School) Anandpur. The tricolor was hoisted by Dr. Vishnu Jobanputra, Director and Trustee SSSST in delightful presence of Smt Bhartibahan Jobanputra; Su ILabahan Jobanputra; and members from Sadguru Family. On purn-ahuti, in delightful presence of Chairman Shri Vishadbhai Mafatlal, a BHANDARA was organized on 5March 2019 wherein more an 5000 people took Prasada. First Floor of Mangal Netra Kumbh2019 Bhavan Inugurated- 4 March 2019 Newly constructed first floor at Mangal Bhavan was inaugurated on 4 March 2019 by Chairman Mr. Vishad P Mafatlal in graceful presence of Swami Dinbandhu Naji (Vrindavan). ANANDPUR Oer Activities Maha-Shivratri Netra Kumbh-Utsav 2019-4 March 2019 Maha-Shivratri was celebrated at e trust on 4 March 2019 wi great joy and devotion. Abhishek on e occasion was performed at Gurumani, Shri Ramdas Hanuman Mandir Anandpur by e Chairman, Shri Vishad P Mafatlal in grand presence of devotees. Bharat Bhushan Samman - 13 March 2019 Trustees of Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust, Dr. Vishnu Bhai Joabnputra was awarded "Bharat Bhushan Samman" by Shri Ramkinkar Vichar Mission for his outstanding work done in e service to humanity on 13 march 2019. This honor was given in e presence of Laxman Kiladhish Shri Maiilisharan ji Maharaj, Sadhus and eminent guests. 18
Patient Success y r o t S Bhoopendra, a 12 years old boy, suffered from cataract in bo his eyes since childhood, is residing in Ramnai, Rewa district. He is studying in 07 standard in Shaskiya High School, located in Ramnai, Rewa district. His faer works as a labourer & moer is a housewife. He was admitted to e CECC department at Sadguru Netra Chikitsalaya, SSSST, wi e complaint of progressively worsening e vision of eyes since last 1 year. Bhoopendra told at a team of Sadguru Netra Chikitsalaya, visited his school on 29 January 2019 (As per e Referral card) to screen e eyes of e children under e follow up visit. During e screening, he was provided wi a yellow card (referral slip) and was asked to visit e hospital for detailed examination. At camp, he complains at his vision was deteriorating and gradually decreasing day by day. He stated at he loves to play cricket, which was restricted now and he is unable to play wi his friends. At e camp, he was diagnosed wi cataract and recommended for a surgery. When his faer learned at is problem can be cured, he was happy and agreed for e surgery. He was taken to e hospital via Sadguru bus and doctors performed e surgery. He visited our hospital on 05 February 2019 for e detailed examination. After e cycloplegic Retinoscopy & refraction examination done by e doctor, e team diagnosed him wi cataract in bo eye. His vision was recorded as 6/36 in e bo eyes wiout glasses & central glow was not seen clear by bo eyes. Post diagnosis, he and his faer was counseled by our counselor at wi e help of surgery and regular follow-ups, his eyes will improve. This brought a smile on e face of Bhoopendra and his faer respectively. During e school screening, when e child was examined, doctors gave em advice at is problem can be corrected rough sugical operation. Now after e surgery, his vision came to 6/9 wiout glasses. His parents are overjoyed at eir child can fully enjoy his life & are grateful to e doctors at Sadguru Netra Chikitsalaya for giving Bhoopendra a fresh start. 19
