After the Sabbath, as the first day of the week was dawning, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to view the tomb. But the angel told the women, Don t be afraid, because I know you are looking for Jesus who was crucified. He is not here! For He has been resurrected, just as He said. Come and see the place where He lay. Then go quickly and tell His disciples, He has been raised from the dead... Don t miss it! w Pray for our Easter Sunday worship gathering and LIFE Group We re hoping to have 1000 in the worship gathering that day and 800 in LIFE Groups. Neither goal is out of reach! Remember the 4 words we are focusing on this year evangelism, prayer, community, and availability. Each of these words will be in full practice during Easter week! Pray for a mighty move of God and lots of people present. Invite those who are unreached to the Easter luncheons, the Tenebrae service, and to Easter Sunday (evangelism). Make sure you re in attendance with the other believers (community). And be available to help (we ll need folks to park far away, extra greeters, those willing to help in the nursery, etc.). Chile Mission Trip August 22-31,2014 If you have never participated in a mission trip, begin praying about being a part of 3BC s upcoming Chile Trip scheduled for August 22-31. Chile is one of the most diverse and beautiful countries in the world, spanning a long, narrow strip of land stretching down virtually half of the entire length of South America. Because of its uniquely long geographical stretch, Chile is the only country in the world that includes a hot, barren desert in the north, and ice fields of Antarctica in the south. But most impressive is Chile s incredible people, who are ready to hear the saving message of Christ. What an amazing opportunity and privilege to be the ones to share the Gospel during this special event. The cost of the trip is approximately $1000-$1500 per person.
