Alan ALAN MOORE, SEPTEMBER 12, 2011 Distance prevented me from spending much time with David, my loss. Robert, I remember specifically a conversation with you at Ronnie's house when you lovingly described David to me and Russell. I will cherish that memory. Know that me and my family are with you in spirit, and are praying that the loving arms of God are felt holding you and your family. We love you all. FRANCES BYARS HODGINS, SEPTEMBER 12, 2011 Dear Family, my heart goes out to you during this most difficult time. I hope these few words of comfort will help to strengthen you and give you hope. The best source of comfort is found in God's word the Bible. Please note that Psalm 139:16 tells us that God saw David as he was being formed in the womb. Isaiah 49:15 assures us that God does not forget us. Matthew 10:29-31 says that our heavenly Father counts every hair on our head and since He
takes note of when a small sparrow falls to the earth, we can be assured that He notices when a valuable human falls asleep in death. Jesus Christ states at John 5:28,29 that there will be a worldwide resurrection. Revelation 21:4,5 gives us the assurance that Almighty God, Jehovah will end death, pain, tears and mourning. May you find comfort as you put faith in the promises of our loving heavenly Father. J. FERGUSON, SEPTEMBER 12, 2011 Luke was blessed by David and their friendship. Luke holds on to the memories of the great person and friend that David was; how he wanted everyone around him to be happy and loved to make them laugh; and how he was friends with everyone.
