PRAYERS FOR CONGREGATIONAL LIFE For the Jackson family as they grieve the loss of Lewis Pettross. Lewis is the father of Tina (Aron) Jackson. Tina and her children have been involved in Children's midweek ministries. For the family of Ardy Graber, who died Tuesday, as they grieve this loss. Ardy was married to Gail Graber, who is the chaplain at Bethesda Home. For God's peace with the family of Irvin (Pete) Buller who died Tuesday. Pete was married to Viola, Les Flaming's sister. Starting August 2, new staff has been added to work the night shift on Sundays through Thursdays. That means we have only one night shift and three evenings to volunteer this August 9 11. Let s get them all filled! Sign-up sheets are in the south lobby. Blood donations typically decrease in the summer and Red Cross is offering a $5 Target gift card for each appointment made during the month of August. All donors will also receive a Red Cross drawstring bag. The drive at Goessel Church is August 18 from 2:00-6:00. Please make your lifesaving appointment at 800-RED-CROSS or redcrossblood.org (use sponsor code: Goessel). Or you can volunteer for registration, escort, or canteen by signing up in the lobby. We greatly appreciate the support! ~ Tabor Church Family Bethesda Volunteer Opportunity - A volunteer is needed to count the money from the pop machine. This is a weekly duty for approximately ½ hr. Bethesda has been blessed to have a long time, faithful volunteer for this task, but is unable to continue those duties.
