Theragem Retreat Theragem Retreat Schedule With our world imminently in a state of turmoil, it is up to therapists and medical professionals, as living gateways, to help and support people back to health and wellness on all levels of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual being. With Theragem s standard programs and protocols we set up the biological terrain as the first steps to achieve this state of balance. Each day will start with Tai Chi & Chi Gong, or if you wish yoga, on the beautiful sunlit terrace, where we will also enjoy Mandala de Masca s home-made vegetarian and organic breakfasts, lunches and dinners. After our nurturing breakfast we will gather together to open the day with a meditation of Tibetan Singing Bowls and Hawaiian Ha breathing, to bring us to a joyful space of receptive calm and openness. The next step is to ensure that we now develop further, clearing, cleansing, dissolving and resolving of unresolved negative emotions, as well as addressing the deeper lying miasmas responsible for our current status quo. In other words, that we are the fun which comes after the work! During our stay, we create a Retreat of Light, opening up a Zen space within ourselves, holding our inner light, calm and peace, as we dissolve our karmic realities with the expertise help of our specialized team. There will be plenty of time for introspection to process your phenomenal breakthroughs, R&R with soothing massages, Indian Head Crown Awakening or foot reflexology massages are offered by our massage therapist. Bespoke Theragem treatments and HeartQuest sessions (one before and after) will be an intricate part of your stay to ensure you get the most benefit. Itinerary Day one will kick off with Theragem s protocols, HeartQuest heart rate variability, Assemblage Point Reconnection, followed by Q&As from your case studies. This thorough reset will help us all to get on the same plane, a great space for sharing and delighting in our experiences! The following day two will have its focus on Theragem Higher Evolution Gemcups The Arc of Light series. These gemcups have been created to dissolve and resolve Karmic ties and miasmas and are only offered here at the retreat, as you will be held in a space of love and light, creating and securing your steady inner connection to Divine Light and your Soul Star. Day three continues with the Arc of Light sessions as each of you will get to enjoy your own experiences. How to book Yes, I wish to attend the Theragem Retreat in Tenerife. The cost for the Theragem retreat of 5 days is 1,495 (excluding VAT). Which includes Theragem retreat program, your shared room, three meals a day and non-alcoholic beverages.
