MEDINA POLICE REPORT JULY 28, 2014 TO AUGUST 3, 2014 (14004723) Suspicious Act Reported: 07-28-2014 0314 Officer found a male sleeping in the driver's seat of the vehicle. Male stated he was staying at the Medina Inn and got into an argument with his wife. He said he then left to get away from her and was going to sleep in his car until morning when he had to go to work. He was advised to find somewhere else to park so he did not alarm the employees when they arrive for work. 300 block Clydesdale Trail, Medina Reported: (14004724) Loud Music 07-28-2014 0743 Upon arrival officer spoke to the individual and advised to him to turn down the music which he did. 300 block Sunnyridge Lane, Loretto Reported: 07- (14004725) Locked Out/In 28-2014 0853 Vehicle was unlocked without causing any damage. 4300 block Highway 55, Medina Reported: 07- (14004726) Hangup 911 28-2014 0906 Officer was able to locate an individual who was part of a painting crew and had accidently hit the emergency button on his phone. There were no problems. 4400 block Bluebell Trail S, Medina Reported: 07-28- 14004745) Information - road conditions 2014 1300 Individual stopped by the police department to talk about a concern she had with the entrance and exit from McDonalds to County Road 116. She said on a few different occasions she has almost been in an accident because of the way the road design. He was released to a parent and issued a citation for theft.

Officer was canceled prior to arrival. 200 block Cherry Hill Alcove, Medina (14004757) House Fire Reported: 07-29-2014 2153 Report of a possible house fire. It was later determined that some electrical wires may have touched causing them to get hot. 200 block Saint John Street, Loretto (14004767) Locked Out/In Reported: 07-30-2014 0949 Vehicle was opened with no reported damage. 700 block Tower Drive, Medina (14004775) Lost Wallet Reported: 07-30-2014 1513 Reported that a wallet was missing, described as a black tri-fold wallet that contained $300-400

cash, as well as other documents. 3000 block Butternut Drive, Medina (14004783) Shots Heard Reported: 07-30-2014 1911 Reported that someone was shooting a gun in a field nearby. Officer located two individuals in a field shooting clay pigeons with a shotgun. There were no issues found; they were on the property of one of the individual s grandfather. Hamel Road and Pioneer Trail, Medina (14004784) Customer Trouble Reported: 07-30-2014 1951 Reported that a customer had prepaid $30 for gas; however had waited too long to pump the gas so the pump had reset itself. The customer pumped more than the $30 and was now refusing to pay. Customer finally agreed to pay for the entire bill. 1300 block Baker Park Road Medina (14004790) Suspicious Act Reported: 07-31-2014 0103 Resident called to report she heard a loud noise from the area of her neighbor's deck. Officer was unable to locate the source of the loud noise. 300 block Sunnyridge Lane, Loretto Reported: 07-31-2014 (14004795) Locked Out/In 0915 Vehicle was opened without any reported damage. 100 block Mallard Lane, Loretto (14004810) No Pay Reported: 07-31-2014 1713 Loss: $46.61 worth of gas. Individual stated that he was waiting to be picked up for work.

One was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and the second juvenile was cited for minor consumption of alcohol and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
