It is hard to be father, leader, and husband in today s society. Real life is a safe place where men can come and share their struggles and can be encouraged. Pastor Tom will be leading Real Life, as the group works through reading the book, The Resolution for Men as well as working through a Bible study that accompanies it. If you are interested in joining this group please see the signup sheet on the credenza, and list the days and times that work best for you. Real Life will begin meeting in September.

The next scheduled meeting of the United Methodist Women will be held on Tuesday, September 18 at 5:30 p.m. and will be a covered Operation Christmas Child Collection: Each month we will collect gifts for the packing party scheduled for Sunday, November 4, 2018 at 12:00. Please call the church office with that information, and have a happy birthday! RED BIRD MISSION CRAFT FAIR Saturday, September 15-9:00 a.m. 2:00 p.m. Mt. Pisgah Trinity United Methodist Church 5615 Mt. Pisgah Road, York PA 17406 Red Bird Mission in Kentucky is supported by the United Methodist Church and has been a location for many mission trips involving youth and adults from CUMC over the years. Red Bird Mission Crafts help local Kentucky crafters who live within an 80 mile radius of Red Bird Mission by marketing their handmade crafts. The craft fair will feature: textiles, jewelry, wooden toys, baskets, pottery, coal figurines, furniture, Christmas ornaments, corn shuck flowers, dolls, angels, and much more. Soups and baked goods will also be available for sale. Consider attending this unique craft fair. Attention Parents & Guardians As of Sunday September 2 nd, here is the procedure for picking up your kids from Wee Church, Jr Church and Kids Community Group (Sunday School). WEE CHURCH After 9 AM - Children will need to be picked up from the Primary Dept. by their Parents/Guardians unless they are attending Kids Community Group (then they can stay in the room). After 11AM - Children will need to be picked up from the Primary Dept. by their Parents/Guardians JR CHURCH After 9 AM - Children will need to be picked up from the Youth Room by their Parents/Guardians unless they are attending Kids Community Group (then they will be walked over to the Primary Dept.). After 11 AM - Children will need to be picked up from the Youth Room by their Parents/Guardians KIDS COMMUNITY GROUP (Sunday School) Children will need to be picked up from the Primary Dept. by their Parents/Guardians. Safety to your kids is a priority and by doing this we hope to avoid any issues with the dismissal of your kids. Thank you for your understanding.
