table of contents Steps to Connect.... 2 Places to Connect.... 3 Studies & Groups.... 4 The Greenhouse.... 5 Events...6-7 My Plan/Register.... 8 Media Opportunities.... 9 Celebrating 225 Years 1794-2019 Join us this year as the Mother Church of Greenville hits an historic milestone. Did you know, Brushy Creek was founded when George Washington was President in 1794? Back then, we helped build Baptist churches across Greenville. Today, we build them around the world. We re celebrating our big birthday on March 17th with special services. We ll also acknowledge our rich heritage in small ways across the year. Now is the perfect time to join us as we turn the page, and begin another fantastic chapter at Brushy Creek. Want to Get Baptized? Speak to any of our ministers if you d like to take this important step, signifying your belief in Jesus Christ. Our next Baptism Services are set for February 3 April 21 August 18 December 22.

Dear Church Family, I read a story about a bank employee who was fixing an ATM machine and the door accidentally shut while he was inside it. When someone approached the machine to get money, instead, they got a note that said, Please help. I m stuck in here and don t have my phone. Please call my boss. As peculiar of a story as this may be, I m sure there are plenty of Christians around the world who have fallen into a trap of being stuck within walls, instead of being unleashed to reach their respective Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and then the ends of the earth for Christ. It is time we call upon almighty God to help us get unstuck. As you journey through this journal, note the plethora of possibilities of which you can be a part, so you personally can avoid the trap of being stuck inside the walls of the church. By being a part of the many activities listed in this booklet, you can see the lost RESCUED, the saved experience GROWTH, and the many ways you can SERVE others. I pray you will see the flower of your faith bloom like never before, and you will use this publication to help you experience practical ways to do it. Moving Beyond the Walls, Pastor Jeremy BrushyCreek.org 1
