1. Worldview What I Believe How I see the world My Six Pack I believe...that God Love an act of the will is willing us into existence this very moment that we are "partakers in the divine nature ; souls with bodies, not bodies with souls whose purpose it is to know, love and serve Him, including loving our neighbor as ourselves. Our lives are pure gifts from God. What we do with our lives are our gifts to Him, in return. We are to be Jesus in the world - pencils in His hands. 2. Identity Who I Am How I see myself I am...a child of God...a citizen of the Kingdom of God...living in exile a pilgrim, a foreigner a sinner, wanting and trying to not be...wanting to know, love, and serve Him...wanting to love my neighbor as myself on a journey of becoming a Servant Leader, Steward, and Shepherd within my circle(s) of influence modeling Jesus in a broken world. I am trying to be a holy person...maximizing the talents God as gifted to me...wanting to get to heaven...wanting to take as many people with me, as possible. 3. Principles What I Value What possesses worth in my life I value... being reasonably happy in this life, and supremely happy with God forever in the next living and modeling a virtuous life - full of Faith, Hope, and Charity; with Prudence, Justice, Fortitude and Temperance being worthy of the seven GIFTS of the Holy Spirit: wisdom, understanding, counsel, fortitude, knowledge, piety, fear of the Lord bearing the Fruits of the Spirit: charity, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, generosity, gentleness, faithfulness, modesty, self-control, chastity... Avoiding The seven CAPITAL (Deadly) SINS: pride, avarice (greed), envy, wrath (anger), lust, gluttony, sloth 4. Passion What I Love Who or what I cherish I love...god the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit all of God s creation the Catholic Church the dignity of human life, itself...deep relationships with my family; my good and best friends; my brothers and sisters in Christ...freedom, not license equal opportunity...gift...sharing myself with others...waking people up 5. Purpose Why I Live and Work I live... to give glory to God, as an obedient Child of God, conforming my Will to His Will; Taking as JESUS did this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it; Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His Will. I live...detached with the Serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the Courage to change the things I can, and the Wisdom to know the difference; enjoying one moment at a time; one day at a time; accepting my cross my state of life hardship as a pathway to peace...knowing, loving, and serving God with all my soul, with all my heart, with all my mind, and with all my strength loving my neighbor as myself I help others to do and BE the same becoming all God made them to be waking people up to their potential and inspiring them in transforming their possibilities into realities.

6. Process How I Will Do It I am living out my purpose by...unleashing the restrained and readying the uncertain for transforming their possibilities into realities...by means of personal encounters...sharing myself by Speaking, Teaching, Coaching, and Mentoring...in Lunch and Learns, Mastermind Groups, Workshops, Seminars, and Coaching Engagements...drawing upon my own experiences, as well as programs like those of - The Deeper Path, Lead Like Jesus, and The John Maxwell Team.
