Ferryhill Parish Church The Church of Scotland Lent 3 Sunday 23rd March 2014 11 a.m. You are very welcome to Ferryhill Parish Church. Please sit wherever you like. If you are visiting then please sign the visitor s book in the foyer. Children are always welcome and the foyer is available during the service should you wish to use it. The Sunday Club meets today and children can leave at the time indicated in the order of service to join the club. Today s worship is led by: Rev Peter Johnston (Minister) Kevin Haggart (Director of Music) Rita King, Shelagh Bain (Readings) William Mitchell (Beadle) The chancel flowers are donated by Isabel Murray, remembering her parents and Helen with love.

There are two kinds of Divine mini eggs (chocolate and sugar coated) and also large chocolate Real Easter Eggs with chocolate buttons and an Easter story booklet. Buy them here. We are cheaper than Tesco! There are some cute Easter bunny hand made cards too. 3. Care Home Service: Tonight we will go to Maryfield East at 6:00 for our service. Please join us! 4. Worship Task Group: The group will meet on Monday 24 March at 7:30pm. 5. Finance Meeting: Finance Meeting after church service on Sunday 30th March 2014 6. Heart and Soul 2014: We are planning with our friends at South Holburn Church a combined trip to this event in Edinburgh on Sunday 18 May. This is a super event with many activities, stalls, information, speakers, music and worship for all ages. We hope to arrange a coach for this and a sign up sheet is available in the foyer..
