Enjoy some dinner in the Blue Mountain Village. 7:00 PM 10:00 PM Group Welcome, Opening Keynote, Evening Group Activities You made it and now you are here, now! Your hosts for the weekend are professional facilitators and they will be your guides through the entire weekend, creating a fun and interactive environment that will allow you to connect to what it means to be wildy well and also help you connect more deeply to your experience and each other. Tonight we are going to make music together, in an interactive drumming experience, that everyone will enjoy! Saturday 7:00 AM 8:00 AM Sunrise Sessions Get your OM on with a guided meditation, or a yoga session, or wake up your body with a guided run or silent hike.all optional of course. 8:00 AM 8:45 AM Breakfast A nourishing breakfast by our amazing Blue Mountain Chef.
9:30 AM 12:30 PM Morning Workshops You create the flow of your weekend! Do you find you re more energetic and adventurous in the morning? Reserve a spot to go downhill mountain biking with a brilliant coach or if you like to ease into your day then a sound and forest bath would be a great way to kick of the retreat. It s your choice! 12:30 PM 2:00 PM Lunch Swap stories of your morning experiences over a delicious lunch. 2:00 PM 5:00 PM Afternoon Workshops Are afternoons for adventures? Explore Georgian Bay by kayak, or face your fears on the zipline, or perhaps you prefer to go on a unique and creative journey of self expression or learn more about how food and the way you eat can better nourish your body and mind. 5:00 PM 7:00 PM Free Time Some chill time in a hammock, a nap in your room, shopping therapy in the village, or maybe a swim. 7:00 PM 8:30 PM Farm To Table Feast One of the most basic experiences of truly connecting with ourselves and our community is through the sharing of a meal. Tonight we will nourish our body and spirit with a family style farm to table dinner.

This is your last chance to regenerate in a yoga class and also design a home practice that s just for you, or get to know the mechanics of your body and how to exercise safely and effectively, or don t miss out on an epic stand up paddle board session. 12:30 PM 1:30 PM Lunch We are sure that our final meal together will be filled with conversation and stories of your Wildly Deeply Well experiences!
1:30 PM 3:00 PM Closing Keynote and Farewell Your vibrant hosts are back and they re going to tie the weekend up in a pretty bow! This will be an opportunity to connect with all that you are taking away from this weekend (the people, the practices, the lifestyle.), look more deeply at what you want to create in your life and support you in taking the next steps toward living every day Wildly Deeply Well! 3:00 PM Homeward Bound There will be time to exchange emails and phone numbers before it s time to head home.
