Gujarat and Chhattisgarh is paired under Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat. Gujarat Tourism has planned to do several activities in the partner state to celebrate Paryatan Parv in different district andondifferentthemesfrom16 th -27 th Sept.2018. To celebrate this partnership Gujarat Tourism has organized Bastar Mahotsav and Jal Mahotsav in Bastar and Dhamtari district respectively. Report :-23 rd Sept. 2018 Street Food Vendor Training Rajkot, Gujarat Street Food Vendor Training in Rajkot City:- Tourism Department took unique initiative to provide training to street food vendor on hygiene, dressing and serving for a day in continuation of the planned event under skill development during Paryatan Parv. The Street Food vendors are first source to touch the heart of any tourist. Many destinations are famous for their street food and Gujarat has long list of splendid street food. These people requires a refresher skill and suitable training in maintaining hygiene, service delivery and professional dressing of food serving. During Paryatan Parv TCGL would provide multiple such skill refreshment training at various location of the state. 1
