The Court finds that the foregoing notice is adequate under all the circumstances and that no further notice of the Ex Parte Hearing Motion is required. The Court has reviewed the Ex Parte Hearing Motion, the Declaration of Patrick Reilly in Support of the Debtor s Chapter 11 Petition and Requests for First-Day Relief, and the entire record before the Court in this Chapter 11 case, and under the Local Rules of Bankruptcy Practice for the District of Utah, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The Court held an emergency hearing on the interim relief requested in the First-Day Motions on October 20, 2017, at 9:30 a.m., and heard arguments and representations of counsel for the U.S. Trustee and proposed counsel for the Debtor.
