GUEST PREACHER TODAY Today we welcome Nancy Dolan, MDiv, a recent graduate of McCormick Theological Seminary. Nancy is a candidate for ministry within the Presbytery of Chicago and is seeking her first ordained call. God led Nancy to ministry from a 20-year career in corporate human resources. She has found this experience helpful in her work within the church, including conflict ministry, visioning, group facilitation, and teaching. Nancy is also an experienced Stephen Leader who assists congregations engaged in Stephen Ministry. ANTICIPATING A BAPTISM? THANKSGIVING FOOD BASKET DRIVE A SUCCESS Thank you for the generous donations of nonperishable food items during the month of November. Recipients included clients of Christopher House, Firman Community Services, and Faith Community Homes. Together with donations from other churches, a total of 365 bags were packed. Each bag contained items for a Thanksgiving meal as well as other items to be used for additional meals. Your donations are truly appreciated.

These donations celebrate or honor special occasions or loved ones. After worship services, a deacon delivers these flowers to members who are unable to attend worship, allowing a chance to visit, drop off a bulletin, and leave lovely blooms.
