Also available for purchase this year will be colorful wreaths and home décor items. Proceeds from this sale go to mission work here in Dubuque and overseas. Thank you for your support. Items for the sale may be brought to the church and placed in the Wesley Room. Please do not leave anything in the hallway. No furniture. Volunteers are needed for sorting and clean-up afterwards. Spring Rummage Sale Needed: Clean usable donations. Sorting: April 4 at 8:30 a.m. Volunteers needed. Sale: April 5-8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Cleanup: Volunteer hands needed during the sale and at 1:00 p.m. (light lunch provided). Folding Angels Needed Our administrative assistant, Ora, is in need of people to help fold bulletins and newsletters. Newsletters are folded every other Wednesday (2/20, 3/6...) before 4:30 p.m. to make it into the mail. January through March we also fold Fabulous Friday programs on Wednesdays. Bulletins are folded every Friday afternoon, though we could arrange for Saturdays. If you re able to help, especially if on a regular basis, please contact Ora at: (563) 582-4543 or dbqstluke@gmail.com Children s Worship Bags Can you spare a half hour each week to help prepare worship materials for St. Luke s kids? We are looking or someone interested in filling children s worship bags so children of all ages can feel engaged throughout the service. Please contact SPPRC or the church office if you are interested. Parking Spots Available The church parking lot has two spots available (16 & 17) for rent at $35 per month. Rental is for weekdays 8am to 5pm. If someone you know would like to rent a spot for weekdays, have them note their plate information and model, and contact the church office at: 563-582-4543 or dbqstluke@gmail.com Items Needed for the Food Pantry Tuna, mac & cheese, rice, applesauce, ketchup, salt, brownie mix, sugar, ramen, graham crackers, toothpaste, deodorant, facial tissues, dish soap Red Basket Project The Red Basket Project was created to provide women and girls with access to free feminine hygiene products at sites throughout the city. St. Luke's is one of the sites. St. Luke s depends entirely on donations for this program. Please consider donating funds or products to the red basket in the South Hall including: Tampons: Junior, Regular, Super. Pantiliners: Always Thin Pantiliners, or any brand medium or heavy absorbency pantiliners.
