Including and excluding an old graveyard, known as the Young graveyard, now enclosed by a stone wall, containing about one half acre, also another strip on the north side of said graveyard about 20 ft. wide and the same width of the old graveyard, both of which are here excluded from this conveyance. This being the lands conveyed to us in five different tracts by deeds which are the last conveyances to this tract, and are recorded in the Putnam County, Tennessee, Register s Office, as follows: Book N page 493 et seq; Book N page 491 et seq; Book Z page 61; Book Z page 62-3; Book 11 page 135; and an agreement recently registered, all of which are here referred to for their contents. To have and to hold all the estate, title and interest in and to said tract of land, with the appurtenances thereto belonging, to the said Virgil T. Denny, his heirs and assigns. We covenant with the said Denny that we are lawfully seized and possessed of said tract of land, have a good right to convey it, and that the same is unencumbered. We further agree and bind ourselves, heirs and legal representatives to warrant and forever defend the title to said land to the said Virgil T. Denny, his heirs and assigns, against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. But we are to retain the possession, and have the use of said land until January 1 st 1920.
