[k.m & 17 vad 11 flrecj] 2016 yzv 17, nze L 11 ;szpo, 2016 Vol.-17, Issue : 11 September, 2016 Editorial... Latest Development in our Federation Case No. 1875/2013 in Delhi High Court In Continuation of our editorial of August, 2016, as directed by our Federation to our Senior Counsel Sh. Misra, our this councel succeeded in getting our above noted case to be heard in the same Court i.e. Court No. 4 and by the same bench consisting of Justice Ms. Gita Mittal and Mr. Justice I.S. Mehta. Further, the court master order said "renotify on 12th August, 2016". The Special Bench constituted for the purpose will sit every friday of the week and if the case is not heard for that friday, it may get postponed again to some other friday but not other days. The purpose of our Federation for requesting to post the case to the same bench is to facilitate for early completion of the proceedings as this Bench dealt with our case for the past three months continuously and our Counsel arguments were almost complete and it is Govt. of India, which should comply with Court order dated 26th April, 2016. Since, further posting of our 1 Federation case to 12th August, 2016 created disappointment in our members, who was hoping to hear that something positive will emerge from the sitting of 28th July, 2016. The Federation was equally disappointed with the developments on 28th July, 2016 but as advised by our Federation, the members are requested to bear with the situation hoping that our long waiting will be rewarded soon in the days to come. A copy of the order released by Court Master is also published herein (Page 2) for your information and record. Editorial Board 1. Sh. T.R. Gupta Editor 2. Sh. S.S. Kumaria Member 3. Sh. K.P.
