WONDERFUL GRACE OF JESUS Wonderful grace of Jesus, greater than all my sin; How shall my tongue describe it, where shall its praise begin? Taking away my burden, setting my spirit free, for the wonderful grace of Jesus reaches me. Wonderful the matchless grace of Jesus, deeper than the mighty rolling sea; Higher than the mountain, sparkling like a fountain, all sufficient grace for even me. Broader than the scope of my transgressions, greater far than all my sin and shame; O magnify the precious name of Jesus, praise His name! Wonderful grace of Jesus, reaching to all the lost; By it I have been pardoned, saved to the uttermost. Chains have been torn asunder, giving me liberty; For the wonderful grace of Jesus reaches me. Wonderful grace of Jesus, reaching the most defiled; By its transforming power making him God's dear child, purchasing peace and heaven for all eternity, for the wonderful grace of Jesus reaches me.
FACING A TASK UNFINISHED Facing a task unfinished that drives us to our knees; A need that, undiminished, rebukes our slothful ease. We, who rejoice to know Thee, renew before Thy throne the solemn pledge we owe Thee to go and make Thee known. Where other lords beside Thee hold their unhindered sway, where forces that defied Thee defy Thee still today. With none to heed their crying for life, and love, and light, unnumbered souls are dying and pass into the night. We go to all the world, with kingdom hope unfurled. No other name has power to save but Jesus Christ the Lord. We bear the torch that, flaming, fell from the hands of those who gave their lives proclaiming that Jesus died and rose. Ours is the same commission, the same glad message ours, fired by the same ambition; To Thee we yield our powers. We go to all the world, with kingdom hope unfurled. No other name has power to save but Jesus Christ the Lord. O Father who sustained them, O Spirit who inspired, Savior, whose love constrained them to toil with zeal untired. From cowardice defend us, from lethargy awake! Forth on Thine errands send us to labor for Thy sake. We go to all the world, with kingdom hope unfurled. No other name has power to save but Jesus Christ the Lord. We go to all the world, with kingdom hope unfurled. No other name has power to save but Jesus Christ the Lord.
VICTORY IN JESUS I heard an old, old story, how a Savior came from glory, how He gave His life on Calvary to save a wretch like me. I heard about His groaning, of His precious blood s atoning, then I repented of my sins and won the victory. O victory in Jesus, my Savior forever, He sought me and bought me with His redeeming blood; He loved me ere I knew Him, and all my love is due Him; He plunged me to victory beneath the cleansing flood. I heard about His healing, of His cleansing pow r revealing, how He made the lame to walk again and caused the blind to see; And then I cried, Dear Jesus, come and heal my broken spirit, and somehow Jesus came and bro t to me the victory. O victory in Jesus, my Savior forever, He sought me and bought me with His redeeming blood; He loved me ere I knew Him, and all my love is due Him; He plunged me to victory beneath the cleansing flood. I heard about a mansion He has built for me in glory, and I heard about the streets of gold beyond the crystal sea; About the angels singing, and the old redemption story, and some sweet day I ll sing up there the song of victory. O victory in Jesus, my Savior forever, He sought me and bought me with His redeeming blood; He loved me ere I knew Him, and all my love is due Him; He plunged me to victory beneath the cleansing flood.
HOW CAN I KEEP FROM SINGING There is an endless song, echoes in my soul, I hear the music ring. And though the storms may come, I am holding on; to the Rock I cling. How can I keep from singing Your praise? How can I ever say enough, how amazing is Your love? How can I keep from shouting Your name? I know I am loved by the King, and it makes my heart want to sing. I will lift my eyes in the darkest night, for I know my Savior lives. And I will walk with You, knowing You ll see me through, and sing the songs You give. How can I keep from singing Your praise? How can I ever say enough, how amazing is Your love? How can I keep from shouting Your name? I know I am loved by the King, and it makes my heart want to sing. (Bridge) I can sing in the troubled times, sing when I win, I can sing when I lose my step and I fall down again, I can sing cause You pick me up, sing cause you re there, I can sing cause You hear me Lord, when I call to You in prayer, I can sing with my last breath, sing for I know that I ll sing with the angels, and the saints around the throne. How can I keep from singing Your praise? How can I ever say enough, how amazing is Your love? How can I keep from shouting Your name? I know I am loved by the King, and it makes my heart, I am loved by the King, and it makes my heart, I am loved by the King, and it makes my heart want to sing. I can sing! I can sing! I can sing!
CHOIR ANTHEM JESUS, ONLY JESUS Who has the pow r to raise the dead? Who can save us from our sin? He is our hope, our righteousness: Jesus, only Jesus. And who can make the blind to see? Who holds the keys that set us free? He paid it all to bring us peace: Jesus, only Jesus. Holy King, Almighty Lord, saints and angels all adore. I join with them and bow before Jesus, only Jesus. You will command the highest praise. Yours is the Name above all names. You stand alone. I stand amazed. Jesus, only Jesus. Holy King, Almighty Lord, saints and angels all adore. I join with them and bow before Jesus, only Jesus. You will command the highest praise. Yours is the name above all names. You stand alone. I stand amazed. Jesus, only Jesus. Jesus, only Jesus. 7 OH THE DEEP, DEEP LOVE Oh the deep, deep love of Jesus, far surpassing all the rest; It s an ocean full of blessing in the midst of every test. Oh the deep, deep love of Jesus, mighty Savior, precious Friend; You will bring us home to glory where Your love will never end. Oh the deep, deep love; all I need and trust is the deep, deep love of Jesus. Oh the deep, deep love; all I need and trust is the deep, deep love of Jesus. INVITATION WHEN I SURVEY THE WONDROUS CROSS Were the whole realm of nature mine, that were an off ring far too small; Love so amazing, so divine, demands my soul, my life, my all. When I survey the wondrous cross on which the Prince of glory died, my richest gain I count but loss, and pour contempt on all my pride. Forbid it, Lord, that I should boast, save in the death of Christ, my God; All the vain things that charm me most, I sacrifice them to His blood. See, from His head, His hands, His feet, sorrow and love flow mingled down; Did e er such love and sorrow meet, or thorns compose so rich a crown? Were the whole realm of nature mine, that were an off ring far too small; Love so amazing, so divine, demands my soul, my life, my all.
OFFERTORY SEE THE DESTINED DAY ARISE See the destined day arise! See a willing sacrifice! Jesus, to redeem our loss, hangs upon the shameful cross; Jesus, who but You could bear wrath so great and justice fair? Every pang and bitter throe, finishing Your life of woe? Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Lamb of God for sinners slain! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Jesus Christ, we praise your name! Who but Christ had dared to drain, steeped in gall, the cup of pain, and with tender body bear thorns, and nails, and piercing spear? Slain for us, the water flowed mingled from Your side with blood; Sign to all attesting eyes of the finished sacrifice. Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Lamb of God for sinners slain! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Jesus Christ, we praise your name! Holy Jesus, grant us grace in that sacrifice to place all our trust for life renewed, pardoned sin, and promised good. Grant us grace to sing Your praise, 'round Your throne through endless days, ever with the sons of light: Blessing, honor, glory, might! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Lamb of God for sinners slain! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Jesus Christ, we praise your name! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Lamb of God for sinners slain! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Jesus Christ, we praise your name! BENEDICTION FACING A TASK UNFINISHED We go to all the world, with kingdom hope unfurled. No other name has power to save but Jesus Christ the Lord.
