Amen Proclamation of Praise 2 Clap your hands, all you peoples; shout to God with loud songs of joy. For the Lord, the Most High, is awesome, a great king over all the earth. God has gone up with a shout, the Lord with the sound of a trumpet.

Sing praises to God, sing praises; sing praises to our King, sing praises. For God is the king of all the earth; sing praises with a psalm. Hymn Oh, Worship the King hanover 3

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all. And also with you. Prayer of the Day Almighty and everlasting King of all creation, We worship and praise you. Restore us and all creation. Unite us. Forgive us. Save us. Rule in our world, our lives and our hearts. Amen Anthem 9:00 To the Glory of Our Lord Robert Leaf Celebration Singers 10:30 Come, Celebrate God s Gift of Music Mark Patterson Middle School Choir Lesson Hebrews 1:1-5 Long ago God spoke to our ancestors in many and various ways by the prophets, but in these last days he has spoken to us by a Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, through whom he also created the worlds. He is the reflection of God s glory and the exact imprint of God s very being, and he sustains all things by his powerful word. When he had made purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, having become as much superior to angels as the name he has inherited is more excellent than theirs. For to which of the angels did God ever say, You are my Son; today I have begotten you? Or again, I will be his Father, and he will be my Son. WE INVITE CHILDREN TO DOCK AT THIS TIME Please make sure your child is wearing a nametag with name and grade level. ************* See FRONT OF INSERT for Pickup Locations ************** 4

Hymn O Day of Peace jerusalem Psalm 2:7-10 Read in unison I will tell of the decree of the Lord: He said to me, You are my son; today I have begotten you. Ask of me, and I will make the nations your heritage, and the ends of the earth your possession. You shall break them with a rod of iron, and dash them in pieces like a potter s vessel. Now therefore, O kings, be wise; be warned, O rulers of the earth. 5

Anthem Climb to the Top of the Highest Mountain Carolyn Jennings St. Andrew s Choir and New Dimension Singers Climb to the top of the highest mountain, Joyous tidings proclaim to the world, Lift up your voice, Shout the good news: Behold, your Lord comes to you. He will feed his flock like a shepherd, He will carry the lambs in his arm, He will ever keep them safe from harm. Behold, your Lord comes to you. He who made the stars in the heaven, He who fashioned the earth and the sea, Holy Gospel John 19:9-16 Glory to you, O Lord. Pilate entered his headquarters again and asked Jesus, Where are you from? But Jesus gave him no answer. Pilate therefore said to him, Do you refuse to speak to me? Do you not know that I have power to release you, and power to crucify you? Jesus answered him, You would have no power over me unless it had been given you from above; therefore the one who handed me over to you is guilty of a greater sin. From then on Pilate tried to release him, but the Jews cried out, If you release this man, you are no friend of the emperor. Everyone who claims to be a king sets himself against the emperor. When Pilate heard these words, he brought Jesus outside and sat on the judge s bench at a place called The Stone Pavement, or in Hebrew Gabbatha. Now it was the day of Preparation for the Passover; and it was about noon. He said to the Jews, Here is your King! They cried out, Away with him! Away with him! Crucify him! Pilate asked them, Shall I crucify your King? The chief priests answered, We have no king but the emperor. Then Pilate handed him over to them to be crucified. Praise to you, O Christ. From time eternal He was God, The Alpha and Omega, He, Behold, your Lord! He will come in power and glory, He will rule with mercy and truth, Hope of the nations, Light of all the world. He will love the little children, He will hold them in his arms. Love and trust him as a child, Behold, your Lord comes to you. Love him as a child. Sacrament of Holy Baptism 10:30 Brynn Susan Beulke Daughter of Megan and Kurt Beulke 6

Apostles Creed I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord. He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended into hell. On the third day he rose again. He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen Hymn All Hail the Power of Jesus Name coronation Sermon Christ the King Bishop Patricia Lull 7

We ll join the everlasting song And crown him Lord of all. We ll join the everlasting song And crown him Lord of all. Edvard Grieg St. Andrew s Orchestra coronation Prayers of the Church Words of Institution for the Sacrament of Holy Communion The Lord s Prayer Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever and ever. Amen We believe that Jesus Christ is truly present in the bread and wine and grants us the gift of God s grace and forgiveness. All are welcome to receive this gift.
