Mastermind Session 1 Michael Domeyko Rowland 2014 Welcome to Session One of our Mastermind Coaching Program. I m going to go through each of the Sessions dealing with a particular subject. And each subject will have very interesting angles put to it about some of the major subjects of life., so that it fits in to our over-all goal which is life mastery. We have to look at everything in a practical sense, but also with this new way which is going to empower you dramatically and powerfully so that you can actually master your life. Let s begin with our first subject. And the most important subject of all for us quite clearly is health. And I like to sum it up by calling it rejuvenation, to take us back to our youth if you like, to revitalize, to restore, to regenerate. Because without health, you re challenged, there is no doubt about it. Everybody knows that. You need to be healthy in order to act and create your life in a way that you want it to be. So it s not only rejuvenation of the body, but also of the mind and your life in general. We re talking about holistic rejuvenation here. Quite frankly, most people are out of sorts, they are unhealthy in some way, as we ll see as we go on. Very few people are in peak health. They don t know what it is because of a variety of reasons. And when you get to peak health and you really feel you re zinging, and all the cylinders are firing, you think, God, if only I could feel like this all the time. Well, we re going to help you with that as well. Now the way to understand how to rejuvenate is first of all to know how you get ill. So I d just quickly deal with the body, I m not going to deal a lot with the body, because it s quite clear what to do and I ll give you information about it anyway. Basically you can get ill through the standard ways of germs, infections, hereditary things the DNA and so on. Lifestyle diseases are the biggest a the civilization such as ours. But probably the main problem is lack of sleep, the sleep debt we all carry We are all basically in a semi-sleep state because we haven t got the fire power, the energy to wake right up. And our consciousness is locked into the subconscious, those past patterns, we all carry.

We also have exhaustion from overwork. People don t realize that they really shouldn t work eight or ten hours a day. They should have a siesta, a rest in the afternoon like the people in the Mediterranean do, like the Spanish in particular. If you have a siesta, that s a very great help to you. I remember when I was young I was reading from Bertrand Russell, a famous British philosopher, a brilliant man and he said, I always lie down and have a snooze whenever I feel tired. I don t set the clock and set a particular time. If I was tired I would just lie down and sleep. Winston Churchill was also famous for his cat naps. It s very important that you take care of the biological requirement of deep rest that only sleep can give you in order to keep yourself out of sleep debt. Otherwise, nothing works so well, in your life, if you have exhaustion or emotional stress. The body is often in our world, in a state of emergency. Traffic is always too fast or we are always on the lookout for what we need to do. And panic, rushing, never enough time and all those kinds of things happened to many people as well. And even if you ve managed to retire, that state of emergency could ve been around in your younger years, and you re still holding it as a pattern in your life. So don t think just because you re living the easy life now, that in fact it s all gone. Deep down in the nervous system, that habit has been formed. And if you couple that with the depletion of energy from the lack of nutrients, then that s another big thing. The medical profession doesn t study nutrition fully. In fact many doctors I knew in the old days, ten, twenty years ago, had only had four hours of training in nutrition during their seven years of their medical degree. Hopefully it s changed now because nutrition is tremendously important as well. Today, you couple that lack of nutritional knowledge with the fact that a lot of food stuffs are negative for the body. And these foodstuffs form a barrier in the body, in the intestines that stop your body being able to absorb any nutrition that you might take in. So you re undermined from exhaustion, from lack of sleep, from the inability to absorb nutrients and of course not getting the nutrients in the first place. 2

3 No wonder health is a challenge! We re not just built to be like that. We should be the opposite of those four things. If you couple that with other things that go into the mouth then you have real danger for yoiur health. Smoking of course, drinking alcohol or any sugar drinks, energy drinks, are absolute nightmares. Throw in processed foods and a lot of them are very, very dangerous and damaging. The body can digest in the sense of pass through just about anything, but it doesn t do any good, quite obviously. One way to solve this is making the decision about how long you want to live. Do you want to live the full length of a human life which is 120 years? They tell us that is a normal human life. So 60 is your middle age. And old age doesn t start until you get to 100 or so; 110 perhaps. And so if you want to live the normal human life span, then you re going to have to start to treat your body in the ways that it was designed by nature to run properly. And there are many videos on YouTube; you can go and see of people who are well over 100years old, 105 years old that are still perky, still managing to do their normal daily activities. Many of them are pure vegetarians. Certainly, they eat very lightly. So you don t want to be overeating at all, that s not a good idea. You want to try and undereat everything, compared to what is considered to be the normal diet. The proof has been right out there since the 1930 s. Researchers found out that by restricting calories in lab rats and mice, they live much longer. It is also true for humans as well, the yogis have known this. So if you want to extend your life span, reduce the amount that you eat and make sure the amount you eat is very, very good for you in the sense you are receiving the correct amount of nutrition. Start to look at your body as an instrument, as a vehicle for you to ride in, while you live your life. And keep it clean iternally. It s normal to have a shower everyday, but you need to detox internally.

You need to use one of those programs where you can, every now and again, rid the body of toxic matter, the sort of black sludge that builds up in the cells and interferes with the proper functioning of your organs. And many people have got a complete knowledge of how to detox now. Do a sensible detoxification program, which includes drinking psycilium husks with a little clay water all this is described on the web and there are also qualified people who run detoxification centres - because you always want to have a jelly-like substance, which is what the psycillium husks gives you, to go though you to absorb all the toxins as they come out. So that s the brief story on the detoxification and it is worth researching more and reading books like: Dr. Bernard Jensen s Tissue Cleansing through bowell management and Dr. Max Gerson s site: http://gerson.org/ What is not covered by the medical profession, in fact the healing profession in general, is that it is extremely important to be able to realize the power of your mind and your emotions over your health. One of the things that people don t know is that they take on board the complete picture of their parents health as well. And if your parents go through a health challenge, then it is very likely that you will too; that we will live out their patterning because at base, you are a patterned organism that collects energies and impressions. They go into you, they store up inside you, and then eventually they play out I your life whether its language, behaviour, actions, emotions, habits and interests and so on. That s just the way it is. It sa shocking thing, as you get older, to see just how you play out patterns all through your life that were dumped onto you as a child. And it may take you ten, twenty, thirty, or even forty years before one of these patterns from childhood comes up for a run. Part of illness is that a person s subconscious patterning is a duplication of what they ve seen either through their parents, or siblings, or grandparents, or people who were around that had a strong influence on them. And so remember that illness is not just a purely physiological reality of germs and virus and infections and lifestyles diseases and all that; yes it is that of course. But it s also completely possible for somebody who has a pristine internal environment, their body has been kept absolutely pure and in excellent health, they re doing all the right things that the health experts suggest, but they can actually unexpectedly play out an illness, or a disease, because 4

the mind itself has collected that disease as a series of impressions from somebody else earlier in life. And it just presses replay in their present life. So that s one of the most important reasons to make sure that you meditate regularly, that you do your work of personal growth, that you are constantly are going towards mastery of life, which means of course mastery of your mind. Unresolved emotions are also well known and accepted to contribute greatly to a variety of different illnesses. And they are something tremendously important to also consider. Let s look at how that works. You have your instinctive mind, let s call it, or the instinctive control center, one of the six major control centers in your body. Your instinctual mind was something that was built up through millennia, through millions of years, from amoebas and all the way through the animal world and right up to you here today. It s inside you now, in your DNA. It s there, it sits there trying to function as it should, but it is interfered with by the emotions and mind activities. And if it was unimpeded by the emotions, by the psychological patterns, then it would function perfectly. But what happens,, is that your emotions, your ideas, your desires, all the thought and image streams start to interfere with your instinctive mind. And you find people with a lot of fear and anxiety, which has come from their upbringing, will find that their instinctive mind is affected and give them all sorts of complaints particularly in the intestinal tract, in the core of the trunk of the body, because that s where fear and anxiety is experienced. Now when fear and anxiety interferes with the instinctive center, then what you find is that it naturally reacts, and it can t do its normal functioning. So this is how the personal mind interferes with your health; that it blocks the normal functioning, the instinctive control center, and the instinctive mind can go into fear, confusion, uncertainty and so on. And when it gis submerged by these, because of some history within yourself, it then freezes up completely or is interfered with, causing disruption in its actions. And it therefore can t function normally to keep you healthy. 5

That begins the downward spiral. Again, that s why meditation is crucially important because it downloads the higher energies, it relaxes you very deeply, it eats up the sleep debt and exhaustion and frees the instinctive mind from a lot of this type of interference. And that s why some people get so called incurable diseases, and also why miraculous healings can take place. Sometimes, something happens in the persons life, or activities and that frees the instinctive mind from the grip of the negative emotions. This allows it to get on the job of healing you, because it knows what to do. It s taken you from being that little sperm and an egg, when you were conceived, through to a fully grown adult human being. And if it can do that, of course, it can heal you as well, unless it s an external virus, or an infection, or a physical attack, or something of that nature. This instinctive mind has a regulating factor, which is the quality that keeps you in health. And it has two parts. It has the supply of nutrition and the emotional-psychological state of your nervous system. Those are the two crucial factors for keeping you healthy. You need to supply your instinctive mind with the correct building blocks, in other words nutrition, to bring you back to peak health - which is what rejuvenation actually is. You also have to ensure your emotional and psychological state is functioning well, as it has tremendous effect on your body, right down to the cells. Now also what interferes with your health, and undermines you, is your attitude and responses to ideas about life itself and what it s got to offer you. These attitudes also have a tremendous effect on your instinctive mind. For instance, if you have vision of yourself as somebody who can t make it, or who has to struggle, or who s locked into some difficulty, due to the patterns of earlier life, then of course that interferes with its functioning once again. These things are tremendously powerful. You then tend to live out their reality, because you aren t actually able to fix things up as your instinctive mind has been sabotaged again with all these visions, ideas and self image. 6

Added to that, in laboratories with rats and mice, researches found that by removing certain nutritional factors from the rats or the mice, they were able to introduce diseases. Literally, just by taking the nutrition away, the disease appeared. This is why very odd that the medical profession is not a nutrition-based profession primarily. Because if they can do it with animals, it must have the same relevance for human beings. And also they found in the lab that when you introduce fear or aggression into one of the lab rats, then that can have a great interference with their health as well, which shows the power of negative emotions. So keep in mind these kinds of things. If you have those two together lack of proper nutrition and powerful negative emotions, it may literally kill you. We have all heard what a bog shock can do the body can be very fragile. So if you have the nutritional lack and you have the aggression, fear and anxiety and exhaustion, then it is very likely to shorten your life; which is the opposite of rejuvenation. So it s very, very important. Now what s happening, in the time we live in now, is that the medical profession is transforming. They now say that the era of healing and treating the body from the outside is over. They now have discovered that the human body contains the power and the biological mechanisms within itself to heal itself. And what they plan to do, from now on, is give specific catalysts that cause the body to remove disease, clear out any decay, and prevent deterioration. In other words, the power is within you. This is the healing power of the instinctive mind. I suspect that the medical profession really knows already - but they can t scientifically prove it - that by diffusing negative emotion, or removing unhealthy patterns from early life that you can improve health. That would be a bit of a challenge today, but that s the reality of it. So what it really is all about, if you want to rejuvenate yourself fully and completely, you have to deal with your mind on a few levels. 7

Your mind needs to become youthful again, and allow you to act in the world as a young person does, with enthusiasm and excitement and interest, with awe and exploring, and all those kinds of natural attitudes. As it says in the Bible: You must be a child to enter the kingdom of heaven. There is one essential thing that you have to do, and that is to awaken and build your inner power. And you have to build it, and build it, and build it - and strengthen it, and strengthen it, and strengthen it. You have to go more deeply into it, more and more and more and then you become it you become that power which drives your entire life. Now let me explain it very carefully because this is the crucial factor for us all, for every aspect of our life. This is the point of Mastermind, this program. Because what happens is that you need to let go of what you are not so that you can become who you truly are. Now who you truly are is of course the Superconscious, the Higher Self as it s called, this certainty, this energetic power, this conscious electricity of your life. There are all sorts of names for it. We have to clarify it completely during this program for you because it is the great secret of life, the most important mystery of life - and you need to hear it in a variety of ways until gradually it seeps into your understanding and you one day the penny drops and you have it with absolute certainty. What has happened for you, due to energetic and psychological realities, as well as your upbringing, is that you ve been suffering from Superconscious Amnesia. That s the main illness that everyone suffers, that s the human complaint, that s the major thing you have to deal with: Superconscious Amnesia. You have forgotten that you are the Superconscious, that you are this intelligence within a body, which is using the body in this virtual reality game called life. Unfortunately, we identify with the body, we don t identify with that which activates and sustains the body which is the Superconscious. Now this means that you forgotten your true power, and you must regain that power. Otherwise, nothing will work. 8

9 You can go 10, 20, 30, 40, or 50 years, you can know everything on an intellectual basis but unless you are doing the work of mastering your mind, nothing will make much difference. You can have minor successes in life, but if you want the real thing, the true rejuvenation of your inner world, then what is necessary is that you must desire it as much as somebody, whose head is held underwater, wants to breathe air again. The longer you are held under, the more you want the air, the more urgent it becomes. I m sure you understand that experience that you just have to come up for air. That s the kind of intense desire that you need to build for waking up from your Superconscious amnesia. That s the real game. That is to be a Mastermind. What do you have to do in order to experience that? There is one particular thing. First of all, the universe is an infinite display of energy. Energy forms into matter, the matter takes the specific, individual form, then dissolves after a while, goes back to energy, which is then used for something else. So energy is the power of creation. This is what you re looking to integrate with. And actually, energy needs resistance to work with in order to create things and this is why we find challenges in life. Otherwise it just dissipates everywhere. So the challenges in life cause us to use our energy to resolve those particular challenges, whatever they might be. This is how we sense our power. Now energy is also the substance that carries and broadcasts your intentions across the planet; perhaps across the Universe but let s stay on planet for now. And all the intentions that you hold, consciously or subconsciously, about what you want in your life, go out into the world, and they then organize the various elements in life itself, the people, events and circumstances in other words, to bring to you the experience that intention actually is calling for. So the more you work with your energy the more powerful that you become, the more ability you have to cause those elements of life to form into the experiences that you want.

10 So the core secret of success is that you have to turn up the gas of your energy. If you are under the gun with bad health, or limited health, or ordinary health, that s going to make it more difficult for you to have the energy available to be able to pulse out those intentions, those desires and goals, which you have and want to experience, into the planet to draw to you those events people and circumstances so that you can live them out. So you need to be working on increasing your energy, turning up the energy because that is the single key to bringing to you what you want - and so becoming a master of your life. And the more that you work with your energy, in the ways that we re going to look at, the more that you do that, the more you find life responsds very quickly. And the more you find you are aligned with the intelligence of life, with the Superconscious. Mastery of energy will take you to the Superconscious. So the way to wake up from Superconscious Amnesia is to increase your energy primarily by improving your health. The Yogis often talk of the path of Yoga as being a path of super health, which is a very interesting take on it. Why would you need super health, if the Superconscious is just everywhere already. Well, you need super health because you need the energy to use and motivate you to accessing the Superconscious. And if you re not in great health, then it is a bigger challenge to raise your level of consciousness. So look at your body as a vibrating series of electrical impulses manifesting as matter. And interestigly you find with brain scans of people who are depressed, is that their brains are actually suffering from a very low activity of energy. That s why if you chant a lot, which is an energy charging exercise, you can often lift yourself out of depression, or happiness, or flatness, or de-energized states. It does something to you on a biological level. Now your will power, which is the ability to cause your life to be what you want it to be, is actually, only directed energy. So when you have an intention for something, you are

deliberately directing your energy towards that thing. That s what is necessary to do, you sense you are aiming energy in a particular direction and you feel it as will power. When I was film directing and television directing, I found that I sometimes had to cause the film crew and the actors to go in the direction that I wanted them to go in to make the film. And it was that kind of intensification of my intention, that I had to sometimes drag the whole crew with me, because they wanted to go home early, or something like that. It s that same kind of thing with creating your life. You re pulling the various forces of life into alignment with your energetic will power and getting everything going in the direction of where you want them to go. And if you want to cause your body to rejuvenate, and become youthful once again, what you need to do is to be able to have that intention so that all the different threads of your life start to go into that direction. And if you want to live longer, eat less, very simple. Make sure that you have the correct nutrition and don t eat all the excess stuff that is not nutritional for you. Now the traditional way that you can get to that sensing of your energy state is of course traditional meditation. Meditation is the function of being very still. And as you go into it deeper and deeper and deeper. As you practice it regularly, you ll get to the point where you sense and feel this inner state. It is unusual in the beginning because it s very quiet and it s very rested. It s a bit like being asleep but conscious, that kind of feeling. And all you have to do is just be with that, sink into that, feel that stillness and strength fully. Just get a sense of that inner energy, that sensation of stillness, of quietness, of depth. And you will find that as you do that more and more and more, it will deepen and strengthen, and it will give you experiences of tremendous, even unbelievable inner strength. Because it is the energy of life you are now becoming sensitive to. As you come out of it you ll be in a wonderful state in the way that you feel. So realize that that the solution is, once you re in alignment more and more with the Superconscious, to direct yourself with this consciousness of your being an energy being. 11

12 You realize that life out there is filled with invisible energies and waves, and you are feeding into that, consciously and deliberately your actual intentions. So if you raise your level of consciousness by deepening your inner state, your outside life will respond. That s how it works, that s exactly what it is. You have to, as a Mastermind, accept fully that you are in charge of your life. I mean really accept that to a level that will shock you, because you will get to a point where you realize that, the you -- the center of your being, your essential self, is actually a chip off the block of the life intelligence itself. And being that chip off the black, it has all the same powers and abilities. And just like the creative power, which exploded the Big Bang into our lives, the Universe as we call it, you too are a mini-creator, a junior god, as they say in India, where you are creating this thing you call your life, which you re experiencing all the time. That s a bit hard to wrap your head around in the beginning, so we are going to unfold this most profound knowledge of all over the whole sessions of this Mastermind course. So you have to turn yourself around more and more and realise, I am creating this life, I am doing it. Therefore I must deliberately do it. Because that s the truth, that s what you re going to find eventually if you follow the path to the truth. And if you can get to that point, where you realise that something within me is doing this, and say to yourself I am going to ride this horse, I am going to rejuvenate this body-mind structure, and I m going to live my life in the way that it was meant to be lived, then you are on the right track. But if you don t take that responsibility, that reality that it s you who s doing it, then of course, you ve got the issue of hoping for the best if you like. So you spend your life from now on developing your higher faculties; that s the best thing to do. Everything else is best to be subservient or of lesser importance than that, because when you are using your higher faculties, all that out there in your world becomes much better and easier anyway. So why get your head out there just to get a little bit of an uninteresting life, by forgetting that you are the creator, that something within you is ceating your life. You may not be aware of it fully yet, but there s something that will build a compleely new experience if you turn your attention to it.

13 When you do this, by becoing a Mastermind in the way you will learn in this course, life out there responds more and more and more. You will face challenges because your old patterns will come up for a run all the time. But the more that you rest in your deep power, by meditation and mind practices, the more that you have the control of those things. So your body-mind is an instrument. You work it, you ride it, you make it do what you want. And you focus your attention on the inner energy as well as the external things that you would like to have. Which means you live a holistic life where the inner and the outer are one. Let s give you a quick technique for removing all emotional pain because these are the things that are the biggest anchors, they are like a net over your Superconscious, keeping it obscured from your view. They hold you back so much. Many people have been severely traumatized in their upbringing. And most people have been minorly traumatized in some way. It s very rare to be able to grow up in human life without some sort of challenging, confronting trauma-like circumstances. And what you find is that those things tend to sit in your mind, pestering and feeding over and over again. Anything that was not life enhancing, but life denying will sit there and needs to be resolved so you can move on. Here s a technique that you can use. Quietly sit down, closing your eyes,and rerun the painful memory, whatever it might be, just rerun it. And what you do, as you rerun it, instead of seeing yourself in that situation, you place a complete stranger where you would have been in the original incident. So you are running the scene with its emotional content, except that somebody else is living the experience out not you. Now the strange this is, when you do that several times, it starts to dissipate and diffuse the emotional net that holds you back. You have let some of the steam off. So if you have family dramas, problems of that nature, or something even stronger; perhaps some horrible thing that happened; an accident, or some abuse, or whatever it might be, just place yourself in your mind s eye, as the observer. But there is now somebody else living out the exact experience that you lived out. What the mind does is that it unhooks you from being in that trauma in some strange way. And it allows you to dissipate the power of that net which is blocking your access to your Superconscious which is exactly what causes the Superconscious amnesia.

14 And by going through those things of why you felt you failed, or things didn t work, or if only you d done this or that instead, it helps to release the limiting power of the memory, it s taken you out of the loop, albeit temporarily, by placing some stranger in there. Don t put in someone you know, just a stranger will be fine. You just become completely detached from any emotion that might appear there, and you run the limiting memory over and over again, until you can run it with no emotion arising whatsoever. You ll find that it s a great help if you do it over many days, until it s lost its power. You ll find that something starts to change in your life. That s the feedback mechanism out there in life itself which tells you how you are doing. So you re learning to work with your mind, to see that the world is a gigantic feedback mechanism. If you do this, you ll notice things start to change. You ll also notice the kind of things that restricted you previously, due to that memory, will go. Suddenly, you will be able to do things you were not able to do before. Maybe you were at school giving a public talk and you were very nervous, and everybody laughed at you and you were hideously humiliated and embarrassed. You run to the back and you ve never been able to speak in public again. So you run that scene that you experienced as a child at school, with somebody else in it, a stranger, over and over and over again. And what can happen is that quite suddenly you find within a few days, it is quite easy to be a public speaker. An opportunity comes forward and you find yourself speaking with ease in front of other people. These are the kind of things that happen rather quickly, actually. Let s look at one more example of how the mind has so much control over your life and why it is necessary to become a Mastermind. A health study was done on three and a half million Americans and they found that married couples are less likely than singles, divorced people or widowed people to suffer any type of heart or blood vessel problem. Of course many do, but the percentage is very strange. And it was true for any age, for women as well as men, regardless of other heart disease factors such as high cholesterol or diabetes. And they found that just by being married, it improved their chances of not getting heart disease.

Well if that s not a mind-based thing then I don t know what is. The question is how can your mind do that? And then how can you access its power for other things in your life. 15 So don t underestimate the reality of your mind for your own rejuvenation. And another thing is that in the East, in the ancient countries, they have studied very, very, deeply the humanmind system for thousands of years. And they found that when you are in a state of higher awareness of this deep energetic strength we ve been discussing here, it actually releases from your system healing powers and energies that can help reduce or eliminate diseases. And what they also found is that if you link mantras, which are words of power -- mantras or prayers in the Western sense of the word, a little bit, you increase the powers of healing. So you understand energy and power a little more. We will discuss mantras in a later session, but let s just open the topic here Prayers or mantras that have been spoken, or chanted, or sung over thousands of years, if lots of people have been chanting, repeating mantras, or saying prayers, then it seems to build up as a separate power source, some sort of higher energies, that when you start chanting them, you can draw down from that enormous resource of energy that has been built up over thousands of years by millions of people. This is where the power of prayer; the power of mantra comes in. And you can link any mantra that you like. There are many very well-known popular mantras based on Om. What mantras are actually designed to do is to draw from the Superconscious real powers. There are some sort of pockets of energy, or force fields of energy that are in the Superconscious which are aligned with those sounds and be repeating them, they can lift your own vibration as well. We don t know much about this in the West; it s not been looked into. It s only the East that looked into it deeply as a science. But there is no doubt whatsoever that the power that you draw down is amplified and can be used in your life experiences. So by the repetition of mantra, by the chanting of mantra, by the saying of older, ancient prayers, you draw down the higher energies that are associated with them. And they are your own higher energies because you are at essence, the Superconscious. But you re drawing down from some higher part of yourself, power, force, higher energy, that you can then use not only for your own rejuvenation but to rejuvenate your whole life as well. So your physical body, your mind and your outer life can all be rejuvenated, by adding to the reality that you are an energy being, that life is energy. All the forms we see are basically vibrations of energy.

16 So why not concentrate on the energy of life why ignore it, when it is the secret key to all your success. You ll sense energy. You ll realize that there s a whole other realm out there that you ve never touched. That it s there within you and you need to turn your attention to it because it is the fundamental reality of your life. That you are an energy being, life is a series of energies, your health and rejuvenation is based on energy, and your fully alive state is energetic as well. I ve had this experience myself where you can see the trees, the flowers, the pants throbbing and the earth seem to be alive in some way. And you can see that everything is alive. There s nothing dead. Everything is alive and vibrant. And all you have to do is to turn your attention to your energies and that is what will help you the best in everything. This is the experience of the Superconscioius and you need to wake up from your Superconscious amnesia and come back fully to the reality that you are the creator of your life. Things can happen. You start at the beginning by creating small things on the ordinary level of your life and then you can build up from there. Start with a simple intention and cause it to take place. And if you live from now on as the true creator of your life, you will be stunned what powers you have hidden inside yoursef. I remember Muktananda, the meditation master I studied with had many of these powers. A very famous author came up to speak to him. His wife and he had been staying in the Ashram, in New York I think it was. He was leaving to attend a conference in the other side of America, in L.A. or somewhere. When the author was leaving, it was a Friday, there was a weekend of a meditation intensive at this Ashram. He came to say goodbye to Muktananda and Muktananda said to him, Why don t you stay for the weekend intensive? It s a great thing for you. And the author said, No thank you but I can t. I have this conference to go to. And Muktananda said to him again, You should stay, why you don t stay? Stay for the weekend, it will be very, very good for you. You should stay. And he said again, Look, I d love to. Thank you so much for asking me but I ve really got to go.

And then Muktananda leaned very close to him and said, Now listen, you should stay for the weekend. And he just looked at him for a long time. And the guy went, Well, thank you so much again, but I really can t. He left on the plane and during the flight it crashed and he was killed. Did Muktananda know? Well, there s hundreds of stories about him - with those kinds of things and I experienced some in my own life. This is what happens when you concentrate on the energy. The Yogis, who are the real masters of the mind, advise us all chant, meditate, focus on the self, focus on this energetic being that you are, get the physical body sorted out, rejuvenate your life, align yourself with your Superconscious become the creator, then you will be a fully alive human being. And to do that, you havve no option but to master your mind and we will give you in this course the best ways to do that. In summation: You are the Superconscious at the deepest essence of your self. You are an energy being Your mind is an instrument that must be trained You life experiences are the feedback mechanism to see how conscious you are. You need to go within to sense the energetic power of the Superconscious. You can clear your mind of old limitations through the technique of substituting a stranger.
