Lee Lott Power of Pink Walk The walk is on Sunday, October 29th at Founder's Park Amphitheater at the Old State Bank. Registration Forms can be found in the Welcome Center. If you received a form in the mail and choose to return it directly to the Foundation, PLEASE put FUMC as the team name so we may get credit for your entry or donation. Also, if you are a Breast Cancer Survivor, be sure to mark that box on your entry/ donation form. To be included with our team, I MUST turn in our roster with the registration forms by Friday, October 20th. PLEASE, sign up for our team either as a walker or by making a donation. According to the Foundation records, we had 76 members last year and raised $1,962.45 It would be GREAT if we could increase our numbers this year and raise $2,000.00. Thank you, Susan Baughn Church Prayer List October 11 Edition Clyde Sasser, Summerford Rehab Death of Greg Dupree, Faye Irby s nephew Thank You Note Dear Church Family, Thank you so much for the wonderful luncheon for me and my family as I leave ministry at First United Methodist to pursue a career with the Decatur City Schools. The past 14 years have been amazing and the friendships I've made are some that will last a lifetime. As "my youth" grow up, know they each have a special place in my heart and I'll always be here for them. I look forward to what FUMC has in store for me and my family. My boys will continue to be involved in the Children's ministry and I'll be able to find my place in our church as an adult! Thank you again for your love, support, friendship, hospitality, and gifts as I move to the next chapter in my life.
