July 22, 2017 Page 2 of 9 About Walking On Water (W.O.W.) Walking On Water Ministries began with a vision in 2005 that the Lord gave to me. I gladly accepted without any hesitation or reservation. The purpose of the ministry is to teach the world that it is not about us, but that it does require us. When I first began this ministry, it started as a support group for women. Shortly thereafter the group gave birth to W.O.W. or Walking On Water Ministries. W.O.W. is a healing ministry. It teaches what the Word of God says about forgiveness, love, and faith. These along with the other fruits of the Spirit is what we all need in order to experience total healing and restoration of the Father. About Apostle Bella Grace My name is Bella Grace and in 2005, I was given a vision to go forth and help people. It took me less than 24 hours to manifest the initial instructions God had given me. The Lord then relocated me south and allowed the vision to manifest even greater than I had imagined. Now, I must share something with you. I became afraid the further I walked my vision out because I began to experience some turbulence that I had not prepared for. While I wasn t afraid to step out of the boat like Peter and Walk On Water, I looked down and found myself beginning to sink. You see a lot of times we think that just because everything is going good, bad can t creep in. As small as they were, those fears were stronger than me [or so I thought] because I continued to feed those fears with worry, doubt, confusion, and anxiety. My vision shifted to everyone else s vision for me and I began to have an internal fight with my soul and my flesh. Now understand, I did continue to do the work, but I wasn t moving at the pace that I had the potential to move in, because of the fears I was entertaining [supporting] wouldn t allow it. And then, I became sick and tired of being sick and tired. I became tired of being quiet and I knew I was ready to speak out. And now Here I am! Bella Grace. A child of God and humble servant of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Ready to teach the world. Since the age of 5, I knew I was called to be a teacher. I was a born with a spirit of I will make it no matter what and it is that type of attitude that transformed me from being a victim within my own flesh to being a survivor and living a victorious lifestyle in Jesus Christ the way God intended for me [us] to live. My goal and purpose for you reading this is to teach you how to do the same thing so that you can walk in victory rather than walking in defeat. In 2002, I was stabbed thirteen times to my left chest and pronounced dead. But God told me to WAKE UP three times and here I am. I am a living testimony that there is LIFE AFTER DEATH and if you are willing to make the necessary investment in your life that you need for you to excel and go forth, contact me today and let s get to work. The bible says, Those unwilling to work will not get to eat. It s time for you to rise and begin serving the Lord your God who brought you through every trial and situation that set out to either kill you, steal from you, or destroy you. What is your purpose? What is your calling? What is that one thing that you have been secretly desiring to do, yet unsure of how to begin? Contact me today and let s talk about it. Be encouraged. Be inspired. Be who God created you to be. Apostle Bella Grace
July 22, 2017 Page 3 of 9 Prologue You cannot pour new wine into old wine skins or it will burst. (Matthew 9:14-17, Mark 2:21-22 and Luke 5:33-39) In 2016, I asked God while living in a hotel with my 3 youngest children, What does it mean to believe in your heart? At first, I felt shame trying to creep up and tempt me to feel that this was a stupid question for me to ask God. But I heard God say to me that he would give me the desires of my heart and that when I ask him anything in his name [things that pertain to him] he would give them to me. If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him? Luke 11:13 God, instead of just giving me answer, decided to teach me what it meant. At the end of the lesson, I learned and now know what it means to believe in my heart. You see, I went from just saying I believe and believing it silently, to decreeing and declaring it boldly on the inside and on the outside. I have sat with the Word of God [God] for quite some time now, and every word that I read about him [about me] I do believe. However, when you do believe, you have to now show it. In order to be who God created me to be, I would have to live it. And in order to live the way God created me to live, I was going to have to be it. Sometimes we think that as long as we know that we are God s child, that is all that matters. However, this is not true. God did not and does not intend for us to be hidden. (Luke 12:2) God is looking for his children to manifest in this world as a light, just like Jesus. To be a light in this world (Matthew 5:14-16) that all men would see and know that he is the way, the truth, and the life. (John 14:6) To seal this deal and make it complete, we would need to repent and be baptized by the Holy Ghost the Holy Spirit; to be filled with the Holy Spirit and walk in the ways of God. This is what repentance is all about. Father, I thank you for teaching me this lesson in the wilderness. May it bless the person reading this and encourage them to do the same. Be encouraged. Be inspired. Be who God created you to be. Apostle Bella Grace

Matthew 4:17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Study Notes 1. You are not too old, nor too young to serve the Lord. God wants to use you right now just the way you are. 1. Jeremiah 1:7 says, But the LORD said unto me, Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak. 2. No matter what you do, do what is right and pleasing to God. 1. Hebrews 11:6 says, But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. 3. In order to serve God, we are going to have to open up the doors of our house [our temple; our body] and make the necessary repairs to make it habitable for Jesus to dwell. 1. Mark 5:33 says, But the woman fearing and trembling, knowing what was done in her, came and fell down before him, and told him all the truth. 4. We need to sanctify ourselves [our mind, soul, and heart] as well as where we live. 1. 2 Chronicles 7:14 says, If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. 2. John 17:17 says, Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. 3. Remove all filthiness [things that are not of God, not of God s spirit] from you. 5. The things we know and do now are things we learned the moment we were born into this world. 1. Matthew 6:12 says, And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. 6. The people have turned their backs on God. Who people? We, the people. We have turned our backs on God and have decided to walk in the ways of the world, rather than in the ways of the Word [God]. 1. John 1:1 says, In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2. Revelation 19:13 says, And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. 7. There was once a time when we, the people, would praise God and worship God and teach our children to do the same. However, now we curse God by running from him into the arms of man [mammon] and encourage our children to do the same.
July 22, 2017 Page 6 of 9 1. Revelation 4:10-11 says, The four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on the throne, and worship him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying, Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created. 8. We have come to a place where we have shut up and won t say anything to God, nor speak anything of value and worth and truth to him. 9. You can t believe you are going through what you are going through. You are where you are right now by choice. And whether if your choice was of God or of yourself, you are where you are by choice. 10. We must know that God is not a God of pain and torture. When he tells us to fear him, he does not mean to be afraid of him. He means for us to honor him. To reverence him. To be in subjection to him and him alone. 1. The word fear means to be afraid and to honor. 2. When you fear God, you will honor God. 11. We are in captivity due to not abiding in God s words. 1. John 15:6-7 says, If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. 12. Because our forefathers fell short of the word of God, we as the descendants of them, were placed into captivity because of this. 1. Yet, Glory to God, HALLELUJAH!! I have good news [the Gospel of Jesus Christ] for you: Jesus came into this world to save and rescue you because he loved you and wants you to live and not die. And so that you can live and not die, he died for you on the cross, went down to hell, and rose from the grave and ascended into heaven, so that his sweet spirit [the Holy Spirit] could fall and rest upon you. HALLELUJAH!! 13. Romans 10: 8-11 says, But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. 1. You have to make up your mind and decide will you serve God or will you serve mammon. 2. If you are tired of the results you are experiencing with mammon [people, money, ideas, imaginations, jobs, cars, etc.] make today the day you choose to serve the only true and living God. 14. In order to make and establish this new covenant, [agreement with God] we are going to have to be willing to repent. 15. Repentance is the following: 1. Humbling yourself 2. Praying
July 22, 2017 Page 7 of 9 3. Seeking God 4. Turning from your wicked ways 16. James 4:10 says Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up. Luke 14:11 says For whosoever exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted. Luke 18:14 says I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted. Proverbs 15:33 says The fear of the Lord is the instruction of wisdom; and before honour is humility. 1 Peter 5:6 says Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: 17. The Lord has chosen us to stand before him; to serve him, worship [minister to] him, and praise him. 18. It s time for us to rise up and serve the Lord our God in Spirit and Truth! Mark 8:38 says Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels. Matthew 10:33 says But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven. 2 Timothy 2:12 says If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us: Romans 1:16 says For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
