Sensitive people struggle far more with the harshness of the physical world than most people can possibly imagine. It can go really deep. Sensitive people: have huge amounts of unresolved trauma held in their cellular memories including past lives in which following a spiritual path has led to some horrendous experiences so they struggle with trusting: other people (they can t relate to the cruelty of how people treat other living beings) in the process and experience of life themselves - the template and version of reality that they are holding in their cellular memory seems so radically different to the version that is considered normal by the people around them - it is isolating, exhausting and frightening. that the universe is actually supporting them and will provide them with what they need to not just survive, but to fulfil their soul s purpose in life - and to do this in safety. The flight element of the sensitive person s fight or flight response can be so massive it is actually more like a life-style. Our flight includes a large part of our consciousness actually leaving the physical body - and showing no signs whatsoever of wishing to reconnect with the earth plane! In this module I want to share how an intimate relationship with Mother Earth: gives us healing; connects us to our soul s highest purpose and gives us a vast vision of being that makes the sensitive person s struggle worthwhile.
Why Ascension work is so attractive. Nearly all the sensitive people I have met say they feel homesick" and say they want to go home. They want to return to the higher dimensions from which they instinctively know that they came. And if they believe that some kind of reconnection with the higher realms isn t possible, or that they are stuck in a physical body and unable to connect to the spiritual realms, they can literally curl up and begin to die; or begin to want to. The Underlying Fear about really agreeing to be present here The biggest fear sensitive people have about reconnecting to Mother Earth and fully agreeing to be present in their physical bodies is that they will lose their ability to pop out of their bodies when they need and want to. They also fear that they will lose all their remaining sense of their connection with home. In fact their sensitivity to the higher realms will increase. PLUS it will be more useful as I describe below. This deep underlying fear and all the other factors mentioned above make a focus on ascension work as a way to develop spiritually seem even more attractive. Not only that, but when we wake up and start healing ourselves, a lot of the practices we will discover (especially from Eastern spiritual traditions) place a tremendous focus on ascension work. The idea is that we will be able to reconnect with the Divine by reaching upwards. The massive amount of programming that we as Westerners carry in our ancestral lines about the sinful nature of our bodies can also make the idea of escaping our physicality very attractive as a route to achieving enlightenment. My theory is somewhat different to that. I believe this is the lifetime where heaven comes here - and its our job to make sure that happens by becoming light anchors in physical form. I think we need Mother Earth in order to fulfil our ultimate destiny in this life time. And I believe that remembering how to graciously and gracefully descend into our physical bodies is right at the leading edge of what Source energy and Mother Earth are calling us to do. Why? Connection with the earth field is the essential prerequisite to embodiment the process of bringing more of our non-physical selves (often called our higher nature) into our bodies. Mother Earth is: our fastest and most effective route to safety on earth and full participation in life; the alchemist that will light activate our bin chi and transform it into dancing light full of infinite potential; the physical manifestation of living crystalline light intelligence; a magical heart-land for our souls (home is already here); an alchemical pole - the attractive force that is irresistible to Father Sky; the density we need to build a bridge across dimensions and connect with the energy of what we have been creating through ALL our lives.
The Star Child and Light Seed paradox. The paradox is that although most sensitive people resist fully being present in the earth plane, the healing and magic that they MOST need is ONLY accessible through the earth, through getting into their bodies and fully connecting to the earth. The value of descension work What do we miss out on by not agreeing to be here and not embodying our vibrational consciousness? 1. Uran Chi It isn t well publicised, but it is a fact that when the first astronauts went into space, the impact on their health when they left the electromagnetic field generated by the Earth was HUGE. In later missions, the astronauts space suits were fitted with a device transmitting the same natural frequency as the Earth. For optimum health we need the spontaneous generation of intelligent healing forces that happens in our physical body when earth frequencies enter our body and connect with our lower Dantienne. This healing force makes it s way through the body s energy channels and literally vibrates and jostles blockages and low vibrating energy out of the way. It starts in the physical energy body, and releases across the emotional, mental and spiritual energy fields - I go into more detail about this in the light alchemy bonus. To summarise though, this is the best exchange rate you will ever be offered - mother Earth: absorbs all our stuck bin chi (sick factor energy); replaces it with high vibrating information that flows around the body and through the cells - correcting our health problems; strengthens our spine and allows spinal fluid to correct the spacing of our vertebrae so that our head is properly supported and our nerve endings can stretch out; fires up our light body so that we can communicate and connect with the light templates of our higher vibrating, non-localised, non-physical consciousness and bring those wavefronts into the here and now. 2. The alchemical kiss of life for sensitive souls In the next two modules we take a detailed look at how trauma keeps people in a state of dissociation. If we are dissociated (disconnected from our physical bodies) it stops us from being present and experiencing life as it really is in the present moment. We miss out on so much of the magic that we are here to experience. For example, the alchemical healing forces we generate when the energies of Mother Earth and Father Sky meet and kiss in our heart field and create the tenderest kiss imaginable. When the natural and ultra-natural forces permeate the cell s of a sensitive person s physical body, the natural, human and divine worlds can flow together. Its a transmission of these healing energies that gives sensitive people hope - its the fulfilment of a long felt want and its a literally life-transforming reconnection with the energetic frequencies that they associate with their true home. Its the much longed for reconnection with the star ancestors. Modules 3 and 4 are devoted to releasing the deep trauma that prevents this from happening. 3. Access to healing energies that are not limited by linear time. As we saw in Module 1, a sensitive person has a completely unrivalled gift for translating vibrational information. Interestingly, the more intuitive, sensitive and empathic you are, the bigger the problems this gift is likely to have caused you, because your ability extends into a deep capacity to absorb other people s energy and programming AND to being aware of your entire karmic and ancestral energetic patterning and environment. For this reason, a sensitive person needs a very specific kind of supportive energetic environment. The deep blocks to well-being that are rooted in karmic trauma, and have been causing difficulties for years, dissolve when sensitive people absorb a healing transmission from a dimension that is beyond the limits of linear time. And that happens when we, or a healer helping us, are connected really deeply to the core of Mother Earth. This connection allows us to slip the knot of time which governs the rational mind and reconnects us to our heart mind. The healing transmission must be from beyond the limits of linear time - you can t otherwise change the underlying energy that keeps the cellular memory of past life trauma or trauma in a sensitive person s ancestral lines. Sensitive people are acutely affected by karmic issues - regardless of whether they are aware of it is at the conscious level. Our heart mind enables our consciousness to access the Dream Time or as Eastern Mystics call it, the ground of all being. This is the same field of unshaped energetic potential that today s quantum scientists call the unified field and connecting into wave fronts in this field where all possibilities are open and bringing them back into the physical realms through the heart field is the new science of healing.
4. Full access to our healing magic Constructive Interference i.e. huge leverage in our ability to manifest our soul s true desires. When sensitive people do get fully into their bodies, they have an unrivalled ability to harness the awesome and mysterious magic from which all creation has issued forth. They have an astounding ability to perceive and trust in the existence of things before they become apparent to other people, and even before they appear in the physical world. Put simply, through our unrivalled gift at translating energetic information, we naturally have what it takes to become a genius at manifestation and conscious creation. Sensitive people as master healers and true creative geniuses The cleaning action of the Uran Chi created in the body by our connection to the earth s field of living light intelligence enables us to become lighter and more empty as more and more of our low vibrating emotions and energy is removed. As we become more empty, we have more opportunity to become aware of our real nature. We become more attuned with the feminine, empty space of the void that contains the unshaped energy of pure potential. It is the energy from which everything in existence is brought into being. Our continuous communication with this huge reservoir of raw energy, through our subconscious minds, forms the basis of how we create our reality. As Einstein observed, in order to create something in our lives, all we need to do, energetically, is to become a vibrational match with it. When we free ourselves of the heavy and dense emotions in our bodies that make us resonate with unhelpful outcomes, we raise the frequency of our energy. We also become more receptive and spacious, and a better vibrational match with higher quality outcomes. The best way to manifest our true desires is not by using repetitive visualization techniques, but by deeply relaxing and re-aligning our bodies with Mother Earth and pure source energy. By becoming who we truly are, we allow the outcomes that match our true, undistorted frequency, to flow naturally towards us. 5. Living the future dream of the Earth Activating our life purpose and the ongoing evolutionary process of the earth I want to start this section with an amazing quote from Brian Swimme: The history of life can be understood as the creation of ever more sensitive creatures in a universe where there is always another dimension of beauty to be felt and savoured. Its easy to forget in our modern world that we are part of the history of life. Its also easy to forget, because we spend so much time in a distracted state and in survival mode that unity consciousness means that our deepest dreams and desires are not ours alone.
In reality, when we come back into alignment with our real nature, the kind of thoughts we have access to through becoming empty and aware can make us realise something amazing: Not only is our real nature created through the field of evolutionary living light intelligence embracing our home planet, but our deepest dreams and desires are expressions of it. We are not separate from the earth. Our soul s deepest desires are rooted in the Earth s desires. When we are in alignment with the earth s light intelligence and that intelligence flows through our bodies, our desires become re-aligned with the entire evolutionary process of the Earth. Our dreams do not originate in our brains alone. When we are empty and aware, we are the space where the earth dreams. We are the imagination of the Earth, that precious realm where visions and hopes can begin to take shape in the physical world as an idea, as our fantasy, as our musings when we are away with the faeries we are in contact with a consciousness and awareness that is vital to the ongoing evolution of the earth system. In our dreams for the Earth we are creating with our imaginations, and our cellular memories, a different kind of awareness, a period of rebuilding. And our dreams align us with our larger destiny as humans - to allow the earth to organise itself in a new way. In denying, in an overly rational or reductionist fashion, that we are inextricably connected with Mother Earth and her evolutionary intelligence, we fail in our role, as guardians of the planet and the life-forms on it. But we also fail as heirs and keepers of the awareness and the space in which the universe feels its stupendous beauty. However, when we are in alignment with the earth s light intelligence and that flows through our bodies, we know our soul s highest purpose. Our direction and purpose comes from our ancestral memory of the land. It s in our body, in our muscle memory. When we allow the natural world to permeate every cell of our body we allow the natural, human and divine worlds to flow together. This has to be one of the most positive aspects of our sensitivity - we have a gift that literally allows the universe to come alive inside us!!
Summary: Reconnecting to Mother Earth As sensitive people, we more than anyone else on earth are the universe pressing into an awareness of itself. We, more than anyone else, as co-creators steeped in the field of evolutionary living light intelligence, need to bring forth our own true light and remember our gift of igniting light and fire. We have to lead by bringing forth what others cannot see and what otherwise might disappear, by being spectacularly true to what we know deep inside ourselves and impeccably honouring our dreams. We need to awaken ourselves and others so that the universe can come alive within us and heaven can find its home inside us all. We are bringing the future in.
