In November at Holy Spirit and in December at Holy Trinity, and so on. Private means a Baptism or Baptisms that are not celebrated within a Mass. It does not mean exclusive of anyone else if there are more than one baptism that may be scheduled for that particular month. WE NEED MORE FEEDERS Many of our people, your beloved family members and friends, are hungering for the bread of life, Holy Communion. Too many go without because there is no one to bring it to them. They are in the hospital or at home. Over the years many of our extraordinary ministers (who are really ordinary catholic men and women) have been bringers. However, their numbers have dwindled because of disability or simple aging. So many are left with their faith desires unmet, their suffering and weaknesses insufficiently supported or uplifted. We need badly to replenish our corps of Holy Bread Ministers. Sign up lists are placed at all exits of the church for the next three weeks. It takes just minimal instruction and a small pouch (pyx) to carry communion. This is a work of mercy that carries its own eternal reward. Fr.
