For The Adult All Things New booklets are a children s adaptation of The New Creation Man message: The creation, God s plan for man, the interruption of that plan by the enemy, the consequences of that interruption, God s plan of restoration for man, Why Jesus needed to come, and the original plan restored. These eternally liberating truths have been put in a vivid story form to capture the imagination of young children, trusting the Lord to give them an experiential knowledge of the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross of Calvary. This gained, will remain with them for life, raising them as young disciples of Jesus who can proclaim the true gospel in their own generation as well. Young children must not be left behind in the coming revival. This will prepare them to have a solid foundation on which to base their lives and walk with the Lord now and also in the future. In summary, they are children s booklets on Paradise Made, Paradise Lost, and Paradise Regained. It is encouraged that an adult disciple sits with the child or children to read and discuss the things in the booklets. The children should also be encouraged to do the simple exercises as this will help them to interact more with the truth that is being passed across. 6

Happy reading and may the Lord lay His hands on, and imprint His own image deep into the hearts of as many children as will read the booklets. Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them, for of such is the kingdom of heaven. And He laid His hands on them... (Matthew 19:14-15) For The Child My Goals for Booklet 6 Read these goals to your teacher or supervisor. To know that God is committed to rescuing man from the hold of sin. To know that God keeps His promises. To know that obedience brings blessings. And to learn to obey God and my leaders. To seriously desire God s way out of sin. 7

To learn and know my memory verse. To remember all these goals as I am having fun drawing, colouring and answering the questions in the booklet. Now pray and ask God to help you achieve all these goals in booklet 6. Email: admin@livingseeduk.org 8

Memory verse: And I will bless you, and make your name great...and in you shall all the families of the earth be blessed (Genesis 12:2-3) 9

6 God s Rescue Plan Abraham 10

From Book 5... After forty days, The rain stopped, the floods dried up and God brought Noah, his family and the animals out to begin again. It was a new start. God even gave Noah a sign that He would never again destroy the world with water. A RAINBOW! R O Y G B I o V t 11

Life After Noah Yet after Noah, people became wicked again. Why? This is because the sin of Adam and Eve had passed on to everyone. It runs in us just like our parents blood runs in us. We all have sinned Even though the whole earth was drowned in water during Noah s time, the sin still continued with Noah s children. Sin is like a wicked man that made everyone his slave. We call him Mr Sin. Oh no! Who is going to help rescue man from this terrible Mr Sin? God Himself must have to come down to help us. 12

You naughty boy! Stop swearing or I ll knock off your front tooth. Yes!! Fight on slaves, That s really cool. Ha ha ha.. I m glad they can t see me. Ha ha ha. Mr SIN Mr Sin Flesh-Self is happy when people fight. People who fight are his slaves, in his chains. Draw something above that Mr Sin makes you do sometimes 13

God Called Abraham God was determined to help rescue man from the power of Mr Sin, even if it meant coming down Himself to do it. What a kind and loving God. Remember in booklet Four ( You ll See, Mr Serpent ), God had promised that the Seed of the woman would bruise the head of the serpent. God now decided it was time to bring that Seed to the world. Remember we said the SEED is God Himself who came as Jesus Christ. Jesus is also God the Son. But how would He come from heaven to the earth in order to help Us? 14

God looked round in the earth and found a man called Abram. He decided that through Abram, He would come down Himself to rescue the whole human race from the slavery of Mr Sin. God promised Abram that if he obeyed Him and did what God wanted, then God would bless him with many children. One of his children would be the One to fight Mr Sin Flesh-Self and destroy him, and set men free from his prison, chains, and slavery. Does that sound like good news? It sure does to me! 15

God changed Abram s name to Abraham. What does Abraham mean? Genesis 17:5 Abra the son of Ham Father of many nations Husband of Sarah A man with many cattle A handsome old man With what did God compare the descendants of Abraham? The eggs in the basket The trains on the track The sheep in the fold The children in the city The stars in the sky 16

What a wonderful promise God made to Abraham! If Mr Sin could be killed and destroyed, that means man could be free again to love God like Adam and Eve loved God long ago before they disobeyed Him. Would you love to have this blessing in your life? To be able to live your life without sin and all the sorrows that go with it? To be able to love God without any disturbance? And to be able to love other boys and girls and not be selfish anymore. To have God both as your Father and your Best Friend? Would you like that? 17

Think seriously and quietly about this now. If your answer is YES, then write a short prayer here to God and tell Him how you really, really want Him to come and set you free from the enemy called Mr SIN so you can love and obey God all of your life. Dear God, 18

Now bow your head and pray that prayer, meaning every word of it with all your heart. Is God not so good and kind to want to be our Friend again after we disappointed Him? God must be a wonderful God. Abraham thought : I ll obey Him so that He can bless me. Like Abraham, each time we obey God, He blesses us so much. 19

Colour in Abraham as God spoke to him. Abraham s descendants will be as the many stars in the sky. If you believe in Jesus, then you are a descendant of father Abraham and you are ready to shine like a star. 20

Abraham Obeyed God So Abraham came out of his country and family as God told him, to start a new life that would make God s promises come to pass in his life. And in the lives of his children for many generations. Abraham built an altar to show his obedience to God 21

In the same way, anyone who would be a friend of God like Abraham, needs to come out of the life of sin that he was born into, to begin to live a life of obedience to God. Praying to God today is like building an altar as Abraham did long ago. Would you like to come out of sin altogether to follow God? Then pray that God will Himself lead you by His power to turn your back to Mr Sin and all his works. Prayer: O Lord, I am so happy that You are more powerful than sin. Please come and break the power of sin from my life so that I can be Your friend and walk with You always. Amen 22

Memory verse: And I will bless you, and make your name great...and in you shall all the families of the earth be blessed (Genesis 12:2-3) 26

The New Life story continues in booklet 7. There you will find out how Abraham s descendants got into slavery for four hundred years. This is like the slavery of Mr Sin. How did God rescue them to fulfil His promise to Abraham? How did He rescue man from the slavery of Mr Sin?
